There could have been a few minor improvements to service and decoration in parts but nothing major.

We really loved the pools, beach and location. Gardens were beautiful too.

The restaurant food was the least authentic food that we had in our two weeks of travelling. Bland is a compliment. There were a number of local restaurants opposite the hotel that had better food for less money.

We had two great rooms next to one of the swimming pools. The location was quiet and relaxing. Exactly what we need for the end of our holiday to Thailand

Every morning a group of guests claim their poolside bed for the rest of the day. They don’t spent much time lying on the beds but they feel like claiming is. The hotel should avoid this type of behavior by appointing a poolmanager. The restaurant could be improved.

We were not aware that the rooms we were going to stay in were located on the 3rd floor with no elevators in place it was a lot of stairs everyday. The section we we placed in is quite far from the breakfast area and the beach so we certainly did a lot of walking.

The section of the resort we stayed in looked quite new and the finishes in the rooms were quite modern. The room itself was a reasonable size and comfortable. The pool located in this newer section was great and it was nice to just walk down and relax next to the pool.

You can hear noises from other rooms. The beach is close but there is no service of chairs and umbrellas.

The smell from the toilet because it's is not totally closed, only the glass door, but their no wall panel on the top to keep the smell in! And if you can also see when someone has a shower, if you like, as again, it's only just a clear glass door panel. Maybe nice for a young couple!?

The villa was not clean enough, old ACs, muldy smell. The hotel has no lifts and some rooms are on 3rd floor.

There is a second pool but the water is not as clear as our first visit to this hotel . It’s a lovely area to relax around though .

The main pool is fabulous for a good swim with lovely surroundings gardens . Rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices overlooking the beach . Staff very helpful. New supermarket within walking distance .

My friends left 2 towels by the pool which they were charger 850baht each for, lost key will set you back 5000baht and the list goes on. Check in and out was a long process especially if you are in a group

Love this spot because it is quiet and away from the crowds. Gardens are beautiful and nature is plentiful. Too bad the second pool was murky but we understand since they were waiting on a part after the Feb flood. Good breakfast with lots of options. Staff in all areas are lovely.

You don't have beach facilities directly at the hotel. You can access the public beach nearby, passing another hotel, but it's not part of the hotel. Also, the hotel is quite isolated, with limited options around (restaurants, bars etc..) not very lively but quiet. The hotel offers taxi services though.

I booked the Deluxe Room, it was big with private entrance and nice view (pool). It's quiet and the pool is big (but lack of sunbeds, taken very early by people).

Our door lock was broken, it was partly fullfil its purpose, to close the room securily. It was not fixed during our stay. Other than that, everything was good.

Nice lush environment, secluded relaxing area, super nice beach, supermarket is literally in the neighborhood. Room is nice, and clean, also the resort and its surroundings. I would stay there again.

Check in but chaotic, staff stressed and abrupt, location not as nice reviews suggested, lots of sharp coral and sand everywhere, no fish, no real private beach in front of hotel, music in restaurant cheesy did not fit the setting.

- the shower water pressure was too low, making it very slow to shower - there could be more hooks for hanging towels - light and noise comes in from the bathroom windows; they are fixed open windows. - could have more shops around like a pharmacy - only ceiling lights, no cozy table lamps etc
