How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was very simple, but no complaints for what I paid for!
Great value for money! The staff was lovely and helpful. They can help you with tours and transport too. Location is very good, close to all the night markets, and etc.

No air conditioning but two fans was a lifesaver.
Staff feel like family now. Have used the venue as a springboard to other areas numerous times and will continue.

Only the bed is a bit hard And my neighbour was a bit loud. Thin walls. But I enjoyed my very short stay.
Super friendly, kind and helpful stuff I got an upgrade for free. Which was a room with a balcony. So nice. Bathroom and toilte very clean Free water bottles and able to refill Very good food and breakfast for super fair prices.

Very good location right next to a food night market and close to the riverside. Not many guests and a good number of bathrooms. Quite intimate and quiet. Very helpful staff.

The property location was good, near Cha-Fa pier and night market. Krabi is a small town so everything is near and walkable. I booked a small fan room on the 1st floor, single bed, free Wi-Fi with shared toilet and shower down the hallway. Free coffee and tea with Thai biscuits for breakfast. Water free and can be replenished daily. Staff were friendly and welcoming and offer a tourist information desk at competitive prices. Restaurant on site offering Thai and European food. I thought it was very good value for money.

It was quite noisy all the time

Big spacious triple room on the 3rd floor with a lot of daylight, big balcony with a nice view to the river. Centric location, bar on the 1st floor with a variety of different food to order. 2 bathrooms on the floor so there is no queue. Excursions can also be bought on the 1st floor. Super helpful and friendly owners!

Room smelt of stagnant smoke from the room which had a balcony next door. I asked for an air freshener and was given one, which helped during my stay but this smell is a deep old one The 2nd floor shared bathroom was quite strong smelling but otherwise clean

Fan only so was very hot and stuffy in such a small place. Lights were too bright in the room also.
Good location, friendly staff and clean facilities. Room and double bed was small with no natural light. Small bathrooms (toilet cubicles with shower over). Basic but functional. We stayed 2 nights which was fine, but wouldn’t stay much longer. Good restaurant.

I ended up spending more than the planned nights there, because I was recovering from a food poisioning, I stayed in the single room (with shared bathroom), which has no window, what didn't matter for me (I was spending the most time downstairs in the restaurant/common room area in quite comfortable sitting chairs reading), really nice owners and quite good breakfast/meal options, in walking distance to food market/711, and tour booking directly at the reception

There was no AC, however there were two fans in the room pointing towards each bed.

Honestly we had zero complaints.
Very nice and helpful staff, always smiling and willing to answer questions. Clean facility with in house restaurant serving tasty and well priced food and drinks. Lots of signs everywhere about being quite after 930pm and we had no issues with other guests being loud. Also no issues with not having AC, we found sleeping and relaxing just fine with the fam provided.

Maybe just the lack of kitchen, but in the morning there was free coffee corner with biscuits-so that was lovely.
It was affordable, good location, cute tiny room, very nice and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay there. Easy to book tours and transportations to Your next destination. If I ever end up in Krabi town, probably would stay again!
