They never cleaned my room in a 6 day stay. Not a problem, just unusual. No replenishing soap, to, etc. no emptying garbage. It was like they didn’t know I was staying there.

Great location, white clean sand, nice pool, night market and stores 5 min walk. Rooms- not very clean, they don’t clean them on daily basis and dont change towels. Rooms are old and walls are thin so its noisy, a lot of parties around (maybe because of full moon during our stay..)

It didn’t come with any kettle to make a coffee or tea. Couldn’t get any hot water till they opened up after 9am.

was happy with our choice as was close enough to Had rin but far enough away so we did not have the hassle of the full moon party. The place was very quite and as we had kids with us we all felt safe

The hotel was great and the staff were nice. The pool and facilities are good with direct access onto the beach. There area few local shops but there is not a lot else about. We stayed to go to the full moon party but did not realise that its about 25minute drive away in a Tuk Tuk. Its not a problem as they have transport onsite to take you about. Its quite and calm there the sea and beach are really nice, great place to chill out and walk along the beach

Was a shame that there was lots of people with dogs about not picking up dog poo. We even told a neighbour to the property that was / is someone to do with the kite stuffing place about he dog poo and she only picked up 1 of the dogs poo and that was only because we shouted as we had a child with us.

Was a nice place, pool was lovely. Staff very helpful And beautiful views for the beach huts. Great night market about 10 minutes walk away.

Very relaxed resort. At first a little boring but very quick we loved it. Always possible to have a sunbed by the pool. The food was nice. The beach maybe not the best but it’s very long and not many people on the beach which we loved. The tide goes in and out and in the afternoon it’s very low,

It was a little noisy at night from the Sarana bungalows, but not too bad. We were right behind them. They do have an amazing restaurant so can’t complain!

We loved the location, beautiful beach, short walk to fab restaurants and the night market, muaythai boxing gym. The pool was excellent too. Some gorgeous places next door for fabulous food.

The drain of the shower was in the corner on the other side of the bathroom so it got wet everywhere on the floor and some tiles were bit loose. Didnt affect my experience. Still was the best hotel of all we visited

Had the 3 bed rooms. Spacious and clean. Nice people who work there. Good swimming pool. Hotel is almost literally on the beach. Its a 10 seconds walk.

we arrived at 5pm for check in that was meant to be ready at 3pm. we waited over an hour to be let into our room. one member of staff was very rude saying we can get a refund for the stay and find somewhere else if we didn’t want to wait. no compensation for losing out on such a period of time for our room. prevented us from getting ready to go out and delayed our whole evening.

After booking a transfer through the hotel (24+ hours in advance), we were left very disappointed when just one hour before we were supposed to depart the staff told us that they had been unable to book our transfer, completely messing up our travel plans. Our room was not serviced or cleaned at any point, even after requesting it twice.

Amazing location, literally right on the beach. The room was better than expected too.

Pool, beach out front and room were clean and fine. Price was high for the small room but it sufficed. The two places next door (Sarana Bungalows and Sea Love Bungalows) were less expensive and more vibrant and relaxed.

The accommodation itself was very basic, bathroom definately needs some refurbishment. We stayed in a much better resorts later for the same price. We stayed for 3 nights and our room hasn’t been cleaned once. The staff can barely speak english.

We stayed over NYE and it was very difficult to book anything last minute, so we were happy to find this option right on the beach. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the beach and the view was gorgeous, you can hear the sea from your bed. The beach is nice, super quite and not crowded, but rather shallow, anyways it was perfect for 1st of Jan :)

The room was a decent size for 3 people and the aircon was sublime! There was a restaurant and bar onsite, along with a pool. It's right on the beach so the views were lovely! The staff were lovely and really helpful
