The AC wasn't working well and denied every work at the next day. But that's the only thing.

Very nice and cosy hut with a private balcony including chairs and a table. It was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location near the beach (6 min walk). Mosquitonets at all windows, which was super.

The water is luke warm at best, the bathroom lacks a flip top garbage near the toilet. We could hear the guests in the room above us. We were just there to sleep so it met our needs.

It's clean, has parking and is easy to get to and very nice towels.

We stayed in the first bungalow, very close to the road, so was a bit noisy. I would recommend to ask for a room a bit further inside of the complex.

Just a few minor things. The bathroom wasn't great, the ceiling leaked as well (although it was a pretty heavy downpour we had). No breakfast available and very few sunbeds around the pool, for the size of the complex. Also they need to change the room description, it says 'the private pool is the special feature of this room" well it's not. The resort has a pool, that's it, but it's one for all the guests.

Lovely surroundings, with little cabins and peaceful garden's. It was great to sit on the terrace and have your own umbrella. Gave us a late check out, which was hugely appreciated. Beds were very comfortable and the room had a big smart TV, with free coffee and water. Lots of parking.

The sewage smell in one of the bedrooms coming from the bathroom was unbearable, on the second night we all slept on one bed only in the other bedroom as we couldn't stand the smell. I tried to cover the sink and shower holes with towels but it didn't help, neither did closing the bathroom door. I think the resort should take this problem very seriously as it may influence the future reviews dramatically as everything else was perfect!

The resort is located very near a beautiful beach, there's a 7-eleven and a few restaurants nearby, inside the resort there's a nice pool with very warm water which our kids really enjoyed, you can park your car directly at the hut entrance which makes it super convenient. The cottages are big and comfortable, we were 4 adults and 3 kids (including 1 infant) and there was plenty of space for us.

No hot water in shower, no mosquito net & lot of mosquito in the room so have to burn mosquito coil!

Overall great stay, value for money. Would say the only two things which could be improved are the beds and maybe better mosquito nets to keep various flies and mosquitoes out. Unfortunately had a Portuguese/Jewish older man sitting and yelling most days at the main building during my stay. Which was quite annoying, plus he disturbed a few of my guests by approaching them. Which they found quite uncomfortable.

Bathroom needs updating Room clean was not done when we put the sign on the door - emptied my own bins on a couple of occasions. Only 4 sun beds for the amount of guests - had to wait until sometimes late afternoon for a sun bed . Did mention to the owner that as they had the facilities, kitchen area , it might be a good idea to share this with the guests . To either use or perhaps provide a small breakfast option . New owners taking over just as we were leaving , so we addressed our points with him and he said that he would be acting on these .

when we arrived, the bathroom was not cleaned, dust in the closet , after 10 minutes the cleaner cleaned it. Bad smell from refrigerator. Electrical problems
