Quite shabby hostel, no common area and very dirty reception. No lock for the room, anyone can enter, only a small lockable locker next to reception. Room is ok, but not clean and hard beds.

Place totally different from the published photos, they do not warn about the noise coming from the bar next to the hotel, the place looks run down and neglected. The staff is nice, the internet and air conditioning work great. I would not go back, nor would I recommend it. If you just want a place to leave your luggage it might suit you.

Everything was bad

Nothing The hotel is in a dark, smelly alley and the person who helped us was very unprofessional. We stayed one night and then booked for another night. The reservation was confirmed, but when we went to check in, he said that he had no rooms available and literally left us on the street without a hotel. We had to look for another hotel at the last minute.

Everything I’m sending a message, hoping it gets to the owner of the property. As mine and my partners stay was absolutely appalling. I have never been to such a disgusting place in my life and I have travelled the world and stayed in the cheapest slums to start with. I’m an English man with a Thai girlfriend the lady boy on the door signing people in did not realise that my girlfriend Has lived on that island her whole life and speaks Thai local as soon as we turn up in Thai it spoke very rudely to me and my partner thinking that she would not understand the local language. We ignored this and carried on to checking into our room the lady boy staff who was absolutely disgusting and horrible in appearance and equally violent in attitude and capabilities of her job as the person to let Guest in and clean up the rooms. In regards to the room it had clearly not been cleaned for very very long time. I strongly believe the bedsheets and covers have not been washed for at least weeks if not months on top of that the place was filled with poisonous spiders in the corners of the rooms, including a black widow as well as many cockroaches and ants and all sorts of creepy crawlies everywhere. We only asked for the room to be cleaned one day and as we came back it said the room was clean but nothing had been done and in fact there was a 6 inch poisonous millipede in the middle of the room on the floor, the width of a finger That no one would not have spotted on the floor and decided to leave this there for us until I pointed it out and the lady boy simply swept it into the hallway on top of this me and my partner more than once got electrocuted by the plug sockets and Herd, the checking man/Woman slating us from outside the door regularly we still didn’t complain and kept to ourselves to be civil during our stay as it did not know that we could hear and understand exactly what it was saying about Us.

When I read the reviews of this hostel, I had very low expectations, but my experience was good, the guy at the reception was very nice, always attentive, he was always cleaning, it is a very basic place, but if you go for a few days, it is fine!!

This was named the deluxe double room … the rats even made a hole in the door to leave We arrived at the room for 1 o clock I didn’t even want to leave my bag there 👀 I was starving and found a lovely little Thai place and whilst eating food me and my friend decided we will get the next ferry home Checked out of the room by 2 o clock … lucky is that there was a ferry or lucky we havnt caught something 😂

It was dirty, cramped, smelt awful, it was extremely noisy which they didn’t tell us about as music was blasted every night during the night until the early morning so it was impossible to sleep, the mattress was lumpy and the springs were broken, theres no proper duvet just an itchy dusty old blanket I wouldn’t even give to my dog. The shower and toilet was mouldy and covered in grime and dirt and we found a cockroach in one of the beds. They clearly don’t care about the guests at all, I think staying in a concentration camp, dog kennel or prison would be cleaner and nicer. I’ve been travelling for 8 months and stayed at many places on a budget and this was by FAR the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at. Absolutely disgusting. The whole hostel is a glorified sewer.

Manager was rude and made numerous derogatory remarks towards me whilst being unhelpful, unforgiving, and an incredible nuisance to deal with. Refused to give me a refund for a night even though I asked in advance because she “couldn’t put it back on booking.com” and then proceeded to sell the room right in front of me. Especially horrible since I booked a 3 person private room and I was staying alone - absolutely no leeway - a truly awful establishment with no care about other people just money. Also, next to a boxing ring filled with loud drunk - its really fun watching it, but if you want to end you’re night early you can’t.

The room that they gave me it’s not the same that I booked in the app, the room was horrible, without windows, the bathroom has moho in the roof and the room has a humed smell. The name of the room it’s “deluxe room” but thats not true. I don’t recommend this hostel, in the night they have a lot of noice because the location it’s next to a Muay Thai Bar.

The place smelled like urine, the bathroom door didn't close. The bed mattresses were old and sunken in. It was above a mo i Thai boxing ring so it was super loud at night. Should be shut down honestly.
