Early check in was a horrible experience … they wanted to charge me 2000tbh for 4 hours after a 30 hour trip from USA, the regular room I was paying for for 5 nights was only 1600 tbh a night. Grossly mismanaged by the staff, ruined my mood to hear this . Because of this treatment by the front desk, i didn’t spend one extra baht in the hotel , I didn’t use the bars restaurants or anything. I chose to spend my money outside the hotel. I even offered them 1000 tbh before they they suggested 2000 to me for only four hours.

Second time in this hotel. Breakfast has gotten worse. Some foods, such as eggs, are often left over from the previous day. Free internet access is only in the lobby and it is very poor. could not make calls via Whatsapp.

Good location, comfortable beds, first line by the sea. The local market is right nearby. Quite a private area.

Rude guests who put towels and personal stuff on the sun beds and left them there for hours and some put them down the night before totally disgusting and disrespectful behaviour we only got a bed 1 day out of 3 and that was after 3 pm

The sun beds had towels on them very early in the morning, people didn’t show up to use them till a lot later. The staff should remove them after an hour. In all of the stay we never managed to get a bed around the pool.

I didn’t like the breakfast that much,,there’s not too much choice and mostly,i can’t even eat,,it is not that good if i will compare to other hotel,but the staff are friendly…

Well,the place was really beautiful and clean,but i didn’t expect that if it’s a villa,there’s no beach in there,but the experience here is really good and we still enjoyed it,,definitely recommended this place and we will come back🙂

It is not 4-stars hotel: 1. We are family of 3 people: only 2 towels were provided. We had to ask the staff about additional towels every time after new cleaning. 2. Dental kits were not provided. 3. Old furniture 4. I sent a message via Booking.com, WhatsApp and iMessage - no answer.

Maybe, staff need to clean the pool more often, there were lots of leaves almost all the time, rather than that everything went nice and smooth.

Room was spacious, clean and nice, access to the pool from the terrace definitely was a feature of this room, very convenient. Breakfast was excellent.

While perfectly ok, the Aircon had dusty/musty smell to the air coming out. Nothing about the hotel, but a lot of ture groups. I found large groups of people tend to think about them self only. I had to fight my way out of the elevator as 6 people tried to rush in as soon as the doors opened at the lobby. Arguing and yelling in the corridor at 11:30pm for 1 hour. I don't tolerate ignorance here well.

The resort is quiet, sometimes packded with large and noisy groups from China. Prevalent guests are from Russia, which provides a specific ambience to this place. The cleaning in the restaurant should be done better.

Large rooms with terrace and view on pool. Good AC, spacious bathroom and shower. Furniture in rooms a bit dated but still ok, on level of medium 3 stars hotel. No lift, no luggage handling. Breakfast buffet good for non demanding guests, everyday the same, cooked asian foods plus some western items. Filtered coffee and tea, no reason to bother with it, there is a luxury cafe across the street. Overall feeling is positive, lazy and relaxed atmosphere in the whole resort.

It is very crowded during the breakfast. No tables available 9-10am. As another reviewer mentioned , it’s a Russian Village. Staff have straight face all time, they don’t wish you are smile even when you talk to them. They are not happy when you approach them, especially Asian. 3 bed occupancy has all things provided for 2 members. Requested this during check-in 3pm, until midnight 1AM it was not provided. Late night staff in charge was annoyed or angry all time, when checked on this, he replied in loud tone and almost shouted , which is not acceptable. Most of Asian currency is accepted for exchange.

Property is close to the beach. Rooms are spacious. Most of the room have partial beach facing.

Impossible to get a seat near the pool or beach. So many people. Hard to get a cleaned table for breakfast- bitter coffee- queues for the 1 toaster. They need to provide more. Dated rooms. Huge queues near the desk at times. Bus loads of tourists. Not a relaxed vibe. Last time I stayed at their pavilion site nearby which is much calmer, newer and has its own breakfast set up.

Breakfast had a large choice. Egg station, fruits and yogurt, hot food, bread/toast. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and you go can go for drinks at nearby hotels which seemed to have nicer and less crowded beach bars.

breakfast terrible, I ate from the patisserie in the entrance, had to pay but I wouldn’t pay for hotel breakfast again, but then I like good coffee and croissants.
