The room was a bit old and outdated. Some facilities such as shower, tap, water closet were old and nearly dead.

Good location and not too far from the beach. Just take 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Great service mind.

There was not enough storage for our clothes, necessitating us to live partly out of our suitcases.

The breakfasts were very good. The swimming pools were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fact that check out was midday, usually it is 10.00 a.m.

Location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The room, although a little dated, was large enough for my family of 4. There's 2 pools that can be used and the breakfast offering is quite wide.

Breakfast is so so, not variety but it's reasonable compare to the room price. Kids playroom is not playable and dusty. The day we checked this playroom, there was also no air conditioner. It's impossible to use this facility.

My son really likes the swimming pool with slide. Despite outdated decoration, the room is spacious and clean. The location is good with 7-11 in front of the Soi and walking distant to the beach. There is parking under the hotel building.

I was to get a mini bar included with the Suite for which I had paid extra with the booking, but the establishment do not have a mini bar program. Just tea, coffee and water.

The room quite not clean that much. Hot water is not available sometimes.. it was not even warm especially at night time.

The breakfast was good. Thai dishes and some salad bar, cereal and some meats. There is an option for chicken sausage and it is Halal. There are Coffee, Tea, Orange juice and Pineapple juice. The location is great. The staff is so great and helpful.

The hotel isn't designed for beach stays. Just little touches weren't there, such as no brooms in the room to sweep up any sand, hardly anywhere to hang wet clothes to dry overnight. In fact, general clothe storage space was very limited. There were almost no plug/outlets in the room. Sadly, our room overlooked 3 industrial AC units which were quite loud, so no enjoyment on the balcony was had. The breakfast was OK. Poor from a western perspective, but clearly the hotel is geared for Thais, so fair enough. No facilities around the pool, so couldn't order food or drinks and the fact the fun pool water was quite filthy meant we, as a family, didnt spend much time by the pools. The lifts were tiny (only 2 of them) so always queues at breakfast time. The TV channels had TRUE, but practically none of the 100 channels actually worked, so a little frustrating come the evening.

Located just across the road from the beach. Our junior suite felt quite spacious with lots of windows. The front office staff were very nice, and the lobby is elegant. The main bed was large and there were 2 tvs in the suite. There was plenty of parking with a security guard on 24 hr duty..
