Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Austria- the included breakfast was not worthy of a 4star hotel, the fruit was so hard to chew, it just wasn’t ripe when BKK is full of ripe mangoes, dragon fruit, etc.., it was the worst breakfast we had during our Thailand trip in 4 weeks, The jakuzi was broken, there was no hot water and there were no bubbles, so basically it was a bathtub with cold water. When I told the receptionist, she was very surprised even though there was absolutely no wiring between the switch and the jakuzi
+ location was great, with free hotel shuttle to Bangkok Sky Train only 5 min walk, spacious rooms, washing machine in the room was a plus, roof top pool and gym/garden was awesome, reception staff was fairly nice

IsraelThe place is really old. Look very different from the pictures. The acoustic insulation of the windows is very poor and you can hear every car (a lot of them) passing at night. The street nearby are not suitable for walking with small children
The staff is really great. Good breakfast. The hotel is located near 2 big parks and shopping malls

United KingdomI have very few criticisms. It would be helpful if the cafe remained open into the evening, and the restaurant closing from early afternoon is a real pity, especially if you've arrived to check in after 2.00pm and need somewhere convenient to eat and drink. So that seems a rather odd choice. The courtesy tuk tuk is great, but it would be super-helpful if the destination was slightly more flexible. For people like me, who can't easily walk very far, a drop off at the BTS rather than 300m away from it would be very much appreciated. But these criticisms are minor compared with the many good things about this hotel.
This is a very good place to stay in Bangkok. The room was spacious, with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, washing machine in the bathroom and a small balcony where I could smoke. All very useful. There's a restaurant and cafe/breakfast place in-house, with a courtesy tuk tuk which will take you up Soi 2 to the Ploenchit Center on Sukhumvit (and back) on demand. From there it's 300m or so to the BTS train. Out the back on Soi 4 there's a 7-Eleven and a small (but quite good) local restuarant, both close by. The location is cosmopolitan but feels safe. Whether you agree that the atmosphere of the area is fun probably depends on your tolerance of ladyboys, passing bar girls and spaced-out expats. Personally I enjoyed the whole vibe. The staff in the hotel are a pleasure to deal with; uniformly helpful and friendly. Overall, very good indeed.

New ZealandLocation was great, to be fair Bangkok is a very big city. You’re going to have to travel far to see a lot of it, so doesn’t matter where you stay. We were close to the rail line, some malls and 7/11 for some quick amenities. We spent a lot of our time in more parts of the city, but easy to get around! Staff were friendly and accomodating, we left DND on our door and they still left baskets of utilities for us! Lohas provided great value for money and good hotel ammenities.

United KingdomThe laminate flooring in our room was a little bit cracked and warped, near the window, so a bit uncomfortable on your bare feet. The sink in the bathroom had no plug in it and, once you let water drain into it, there was a bad smell coming back up. Trying to get hot water for the sink was just about useless. A lot easier to turn on the shower and get a bowl of hot water from there. We honestly had the hot water turned on in the sink for way over 5 minutes before it even got lukewarm. Finally, the air conditioning unit would just randomly turn itself on for several minutes at a time (mostly during the early hours - 0300-0500). Even when the power card was not inserted in the slot! However, all of the above were minor things that we feel did not detract from the fact that hotel was really good, so it gets a good score regardless 😀
Great location. Very easy to get to the metro stations or bus lines. Plenty of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Lots of shops in the local area too. The street that runs behind the hotel (Sukumvhit 4) is an interesting mix of loud bars, shops, places to eat, “massage parlours”, etc, and you can access this through the hotel. Having said that, we were not once disturbed by any external noise. And our room backed onto the access for this street! The facilities in the hotel were great. They offer a free tuktuk service to drop you off/pick you up at the end of the road, which is about 5 or 6 hundred metres away. We never used it, but plenty of other people did. The gym is very good with plenty of functioning modern kit, whilst the sauna and jacuzzi were also very welcome. The pool is a good size and clean, with about 8 Sun loungers, so a nice place to go when the sun is out. The hotel also offers a bicycle service (good luck cycling down those main roads though!). All in all a really good place to stay with value for money.

JordanOld and overused furniture's in general, no room service after 2 pm.
The location was good as described, near by supermarket and lots of pubs and restaurants around were you can access from the back of the hotel road, but I dont recommend to walk at this road if you have kids specially at night time. the hotel itself was acceptable according to the price I paid, so I should not expect perfection with the amount of money I paid. Beds and pillows were comfortable, nice swimming pool and mini jym at the top floor.
