I personally think the evening lighting in the restaurant could be better, location and food are great but neon lights destroy the vibe. Also, pool is accessible to outside guests for a very small fee so it sometimes is impossible to enjoy the pool as a guest

Not enough sunbeds around the pool. There are only 8 sunbeds so you might now always get one. Having at least 2 more would help.

The staff were very friendly! In the room, they give you beach towels as well as regular towels. The shower outside was also a cool feature! The “infinity” style pool was lovely and handy that it was so close to the beach!

Unfriendly staff at the reception area. Stayed three nights and was never greeted with a smile or hello. Checking in/out the same. Just a rude vibe. Left me wishing I had stayed somewhere else. Also, all three mornings an employee idled one of the hotel’s diesel trucks for what seemed to be an eternity at about 6:45ish am slamming the truck doors, the tail gate, loading/unloading stuff, and laughing-yelling to the ladies at the reception. Gets very noisy at night with frogs outside the bungalows in the narrow pools they have either side of the walkways, and the fact there was no kettle in the room to make a coffee in the morning was my biggest gripe.

The air conditioning is right above the bed and you cannot find a way to keep it on without blowing directly on the bed. The restaurant is a little bit pricy for what it offers.

The resort is on the beach and it has a small pool with a restaurant/bar nearby, peaceful area. The rooms were really clean, breakfast was good enough with more choices so you can vary it for a longer stay.

It's quite far off and the food around there (at the hotel restaurant as well as around) is not overwhelming.

I didn’t like much the breakfast, it was included for my partner and I, but not for my son so we had to pay extra every day.

I liked the quiet of the place, the swimming pool area is cosy and the beach is beautiful. Our double bedroom was clean, comfy and spacious enough for a family of 3 (with an 11yo)

Shower really needs renovation. Bed was hard. Pillows need replacing. Bedside lamp didn't work. Breakfast was extremely basic. All fruit juice is from the bottle instead of fresh.

My booked King room with vaulted ceiling was perfect,initially. At. 10:30pm on first night there was an electrical fault so total loss of power. I asked for transferring to another room . So after packing up I was transferred to a twin room with two single beds. While this room had been refurbished it lacked the vaulted ceiling / charm of my booked ‘King’ room. The small single bed was uncomfortably hard. They woman. In thẻ neighbouring room noted the same isssue! Hmmm, disappointing but I still like this place. The staff never followed up the next day to see if I was satisfied.

Beach/ Bali style with natural plantings. Peaceful and quiet. Aa perfect placer to relax. The value is excellent.

Lack of communication!! We asked for information about an airport transfer, they replied saying that we need to find a public transportation for the hotel without any suggestion. Also, they asked us for a deposit when we arrive (that information wasn't on Booking).

The staff wasn’t very helpful - not good at English. There were ants and lizards in the room. The hotel was located in the middle of nowhere - only a small store and restaurant nearby.
