It’s a 20 minute walk into Fishermen’s Village but it’s an interesting walk and for us good to be out of the busy areas. Just to be aware of - no problem with a scooter or car

Property is right next to a construction site. Although not needed, privacy by the pool would have been impossible. A bit far from the main road, but no problem if you have a scooter. No shops or restaurants around, you need to scooter a few minutes to find one.

Property is very clean and comfortable. Room was equiped with AC, hot shower, large screen TV. Breakfast was ok, we enjoyed mostly the fruits. They also offer laundry services at reasonable prices.

There is a local dog band called “The Howlers” and, on their way to affirmation, that hold impromptu concerts at night. However, their performances are short lived and they don’t hold concerts every night. I am a light sleeper, however, so take this into account.

We loved everything about this place. First if all, it was spotless and everything was new. The personnel was extremely attentive and we couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was great for our son . The breakfast was so good, with fresh fruits, eggs, bacon, coffee, fresh juice, jam, butter and a selection of pastries. I highly recommend the place. I recommend taking Grab to their place or renting a car/scooter. We loved every moment and we’d like to thank the wonderful personnel who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible❤️

Although this is temporary, the place was a bit noisy outside because of the constructions nearby, but not during the sleeping hours. There are some dogs on the way home, but friendly in the end. We didn't have any problems with them.

I liked that it's new plus the size of the room/house. It has all the facilities and comfort. The staff was great and helpful. Everything is very clean and the staff is really nice, willing to help and make you feel good.

The only thing I was a little worried about was there was only one small lock on the door. I think having a double lock would just give peace of mind.

One of the best stays we have had in terms of experience. The staff were amazing. They were so lovely and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed. The room cleanliness was exceptional! They made sure I rooms were cleaned to such a high standard everyday, with fresh towels and loads of water. The actual rooms were lovely! I think they had just been built. So modern and spacious and look exactly like the pictures. Breakfast was included in the stay and it was an amazing breakfast every morning. They gave us a generous amount of food and it was delicious! So worth the stay! It’s not far from anything, around a 20/25 minute walk to the beach.

The only downside was the low water pressure and a clogged showerhead.

An excellent new place. The bungalows are spacious and well-designed, with two comfortable tables and a large, new TV. Everything was very clean, and the breakfasts were delicious. Staying in a bungalow rather than a standard room really makes a difference — it feels great. The staff was also very friendly.

We didn't mind, but you should know: You should rent a motorcycle for the location. It's in a quiet area towards where the locals live (mostly, for now). There are some building sites in the area, but it wasn't noisy at all. Oh, and the big room with the kitchen had some glass blocks (like a window), which were not possible to black out, so the bedroom got hit by some light in the morning.

Wow, wow, wow, look no further. You found the best value for money accommodation on Koh Samui. We were a bit cautious with our expectations due to not many reviews, but this place pleasantly surprised and charmed us. Everything is new, not older than a year. It all looks as good as on the photos if not better. It's all comfortable, very clean, but mostly, we had a luxury resort level service for the price of peanuts! Seriously, we paid 250£ in Fernando de Noronha for the same luxurious service we had here for 35£. On arrival, they greeted us with cold towels and lemongrass fizz. Walked us to our room with an umbrella because it was raining. Our room was ready way before the check-in time, and they also allowed us to stay longer on check out without us requesting it. They rented us a brand new motorcycle (the foil was still on) for a very affordable price, likewise washed our clothes. Breakfast was delicious, fresh fruits, croasants, bakon eggs... every day. They upgraded our room when they noticed the bathroom sewage smelling a little bit in our room without us asking. They picked up the phone and quickly came and offered a solution after hours when we didn't have hot water... they left us a bottle of wine and clean beach towels every day. Seriously, 11/10! If we go back to Koh Samui, we are definitely going back here.

The hotel is brand new, with only 8 rooms – very boutique-style. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is rich and satisfying. There’s on-site parking available. The location is about a 10-minute drive from all the main attractions, but a car or motorbike is a must since it’s not accessible by foot. We really enjoyed our stay – it’s an excellent value for the price!

15/20 min walk in to Fisherman’s Village. If you have a scooter no problem at all less than 5 mins in to the town

Lovely family run bungalows on the outside of Bohput. Breakfast was exceptional and staff are very attentive and polite. Laundry service also available. Staff here are the reason we love Thailand. Amazing people !
