Chaweng Noi beach is pretty much locked up for only the hotels directly fronts on it, which Lennys is not. As such, getting to the main beach requires a sneaky walk through Ark Bar, or 22min walk to Sala Koy Road beach access.

Large bedroom size. Nice shower. Good aircon. Price good too.

There were some bed bugs or other insects in my room that bit me every night.

The location is pretty close to everything and the stuff were very polite and fix all my problems with the room immediately.

The room was so loud since it's on the walking street and just above a band so don't go if you want to sleep; the need better windows. It's very dark, the room that they put me in is directly behind the billboard so there is no natural light. They would not change my room in the 3 nights I stayed there.

Bathroom was a little outdated. We were charged for a stain on the bedsheets, which we didn’t mind. However they had said they tried to get it out and take it to the cleaners but when we came back in from our room being “done up” they had simply just placed another sheet on top of the old one. We weren’t super fussed though! Other than that great place with no issues!

The location was great. Although only if you are looking to party. The facilities were good, the staff were friendly. Really good affordable stay right in the center.

SO loud it was ridiculous!! It’s located between two of the loudest bars on the road so sleeping was a challenge.

Location is good because it’s on the main road (but there were negatives to that) and a short walk from the beach. Room and bathroom were really nice - especially for the price!

You should be aware that this is a noisy bar area. Bring your earplugs if you want to sleep earlier than bars closes.

As a lot of reviews have said the noise is bad. If you can sleep through loud music and lots of noise from outside you will be ok. If not I would recommend asking for a room away from buys street if possible

I should have read more reviews before I booked. Unfortunately our room was at the front and the noise was horrendous, super loud music, motorbikes, rubbish trucks, shouting all night until about 05.00 a.m. No facilities - coffee sachets but no kettle. No laundry or help to find one. Tap fitting needed fixing on sink.

As a family of 5 the young people liked being in the heart of everything and as their bedroom was at the back they could sleep. Bedroom was comfortable.

The location of my room was RIGHT next to a live band next door and could hear rock and roll music all night long til 2 am. I was told this ONLY after I checked in. It was not ideal. Also the storage units for clothing hanging didn't open all the way.

I liked the bathroom size and the bed size. Spacious room.

I fear the rooms at the front of the building could be quite noisy (I had a room at the back of the building and the noise level was absolutely OK). There was only indirect lighting in the room, definitely insufficiently bright to do any reading (reading in the well lit toilet is not my thing). Positioning of electrical outlets, light switches, etc. was not very well thought out, bed and mattress size did not match, wardrobe difficult to open, towel rack badly attached to the wall, ... I had the feeling as if this was the first hotel room designed by some newbie with hardly any experience. But alll in all, for this price it was fine.

The hotel is right in the middle of all action; a good thing because EVERYTHING is close, but a disputable thing because on the ground floor of it, there is a bar with VERY LOUD live music and just across the street is another bar with equally loud live music. The room I had was of a good size and had all you need. The room was at the back of the building and surprisingly quiet, considering the live band just one floor below. I guess the rooms at the front of the building will be quite a bit noisier.

The bed. I got a twin bed and the mattress was horrible, uncomfortable. Never again.

The location was good if you don't have to work...as loud music starts at 8pm till around 1pm but it's not that bad it depends also where you are in the hotel.
