Desk staff could use English lessons! Pool side furniture need replacing with wheeled loungers and thicker mattresses. Each lounger should have a table/chair, towels need to be replaced. Each lounger should have a safe, waterproof charger and WiFi charger set onto the wall with extending cables.. Sun umbrellas need renewing. Pool steps are slippery and dangerous. They all need non slip fixed surfaces. General maintenance to pool and gardens are needed. No room safe

4th floor cleaner did an excellent job and internal hotel was very clean and well aired. Plenty of pool towels, clean, etc. Pool is excellent and kept clean. Lighting at night is very attractive

The hotel was really good 8 years ago.The hotel is really rundown an doesn't get maintenance . The door lock was broken, The door lock to the balcony was also broken Cupboard doors had broken hinges, The linen was dirty an mattress were very old. The room floor was filthy, I reported these problems to staff an it fell on deaf ears One female evening staff was very rude and not friendly at all. Hopefully things improve in the future

The aircon is very noisy and the toilet will run continuously unless you open the cistern and stop the ball cock.

The pool is very nice, the location is close enough to walk while being far enough away to be quiet.

Hotel looks a tab tired. 😫 young female night receptionist is not good, wants to know why I want another pillow and why didn't I ask the night before. Also she takes photographs of me if I disagree with her..

Location is very good, on baht bus route and close to North Pattaya bus station. Also walking to Terminal 21 3 minutes. Old style Hotel with big bed rooms and two big pools. Close to restaurants with good breakfasts close by 125 baht. Lady cleaner 4th floor excellent worker

The place is short of staff , it looks like the owners are waiting for developers to buy it to knock it down becthey are buying shoos and bars and building big high hotels a around it its dirty unkept and should be a 1 star , I ended up moving to another hotel,

Sadly the standards have dropped there, the main reception lady didn't have a smile on her face from the time we got there until the time we left, The pool was ok, but still cracked slightly and only cleaned when there were a lot of leaves in the pool, sadly they had closed the bar by the pool but we could still get beer, they do not do breakfasts anymore which is a shame

some of the staff were pretty good and helpful, the room cleanliness wasn't the same as previously, I had asked for a pool view but we got a dusty back room, the main floor was cleaned on a daily basis and the bedding was also changed daily but the bathroom and shower were not clean at all and they were not cleaned at all the time we were there

No breakfast service, however, Most and 711 across the road. Hotel very close to 21st Century Experience, many bars and restaurants in area, breakfast not served before 9am at most.

Large pool, huge room with balcony, nice firm bed, friendly cleaning lady. Booked hotel as required quieter area and large pool. Motor Cycle station up on corner, 80 baht to anywhere, bit scary first time, but these guys are all over Pattaya if you cant find a cab.

This Hotel has had its "Hay" day..probably was one of the original big hotels back in the 80's but now its dated... It needs a revamp to bring it in line with the newer modern hotels.
