It is noisy and hard to fall asleep/ stay asleep with the music playing until past 4AM and people in the corridors making noise. (Also no hand soap to wash hands, I had to buy some)

No fault of the accommodation but due to the location the area was quite loud which you could hear inside your room till 5:00 a.m. we had a little issue with the shower as for some reason on the last day it decided not to drain properly. The TV was practically useless as it only had 12 channels and only one which is a news channel was in English.

Fantastic location close to many major functions. The room was clean and every morning they'd give us water and tissue.

Wifi was unstable and mostly slow, so not a good option for digital nomads. AC was quite weak so it takes a very long time for your room to cool down. The rooftop pool is open only till 18:00. I think it would have been nice to chill by the pool later in the evening.

It's not seaside but it's just 2 min walk from the beach. it's on the busy street so everything you need is within 1 min walk.

When I arrived I had many black flies in my room. Probably because of some water lack from the butt shower. But I got myself some Off! Spray at 7/11 and they were gone in 1 day.

When I was looking for a place to stay in Chaweng I already knew I do have some friends on the island who I have met during the last couple of years. All I needed was a nice room just in the middle of everything. That's exactly what I have got. The hotel is right opposite the entrance of Ark bar. The stuff is always friendly. If you just put a sign up "do not disturb" you always get some water and toilet paper in front of your door. The room is pretty spacious for Chaweng. Coming back since almost 20 years and have stayed in many places around Chaweng. A big plus is the lovely café next to the lobby. Sadly it was closed the last days of my stay.

The central location comes with quite a bit of noise from the nearby clubs. Not a problem for me as i am a deep sleeper but for someone else it can be issue (in that case i would not recommend Chaweng in the first place).

It could have been cleaner but would expect that from the price. The curtains were thin so it let a lot of light in the morning. It was loud due to the location but it didn’t keep me awake.

Location is very close to the beach and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants very close. The rooms felt modern and had hangers, kettle and a safe. Easy and quick check in.

It's on the flightpath and it feels like you can reach out and grab the planes as they fly over.

I actually booked this for my daughter and her friend when they came to visit me. They really enjoyed the pool and the rooms are clean and comfy. Staff were very efficient and friendly. It's very close to nightlife so it can be noisy if that matters.

The only down side is the music on until very late, but it honestly didn’t bother me at all. Get yourself some good ear plugs and you’ll be happy out!

I really loved my stay in Lek Lek, the room was so spacious with a very comfy bed. It was spotless and cleaned everyday. The staff were so friendly and helpful, you couldn’t have got a better location right in the middle of all the action and right beside the beach. The rooftop pool was so nice. Would definitely stay here again

New towels every 3 days, the room faced a wall that was 1 meter away, so there was no sunlight and no view. The slope in the bathroom was not good, so the water stopped and there was a musty smell. We received 1 card for two and had to ask for another one separately.
