Best place we have stayed so far in our 8 months of travelling. The staff were super friendly and helpful always welcoming us when we enter or leave. The room was clean and the cleaners provide bottled water every day with amenities such as shampoo and soap. Hot water and good shower pressure. Smart tv which allowed us to watch Netflix (providing you have ur own account) and location was perfect for us. 12 min walk to the beach and 15 walk to bangla road and nearby markets and shopping mall. There is literally everything within walking distance. Bed was huge and comfy and the fan and ac combo was really nice and kept the room fresh and cool. Also there was a fridge so you can buy snacks and drinks and keep it refrigerated.

No elevator, but luckily got the 3rd floor But for the price is a bit higher than average during low season

Everything. Beautiful room and place. Comfortable beds and clean. Great tub with rain shower in king private bath room. Loved this place! Staff is super helpful. I left my bags because I arrived early and when I returned they were in my room which was so nice.

Little bit far from Patong Beach and Bangla Road. Not good Enough street food options. Other than it was such a lovely Boutique Hotel. If you know how to ride bike then its a very good option.

Breakfast isn’t offered during the low season, but there are affordable alternatives nearby, just ask the staff.

Kim is incredibly accommodating. Although there's no elevator, the staff are happy to carry your luggage upstairs. The place is exceptionally clean and has a warm, homey feel. I highly recommend it.

Lack of cups in the room as the room has kettle .

The property is beautiful decorated and the room is very comfortable. The room has everything you need. The location is about 17 minutes walk from the Patong beach which also means less noise. There is no lift but the staff helps with the luggage. I was in the fourth floor and helped bring my huge suitcase. 7/11 and eating stalls are nearby. I loved the place. It’s very good value for money .

We inherited 101 ants that were hard to see because of the colour of the floor tiles. When we got back from the beach our bags were full of them. Not a massive issue but would have been better to not have to deal with them. Unfortunately the rooms aren’t sound proofed so you can hear other guests coming in and out which would be a problem for light sleepers.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a smart tv and a bathtub on the balcony. The shower worked well and provided hot water late in the evening. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the location of Le Cartier is within walking distance to the mall and Bangla Road.

The neighbourhood is one of budget hotels and hostels so expect a bit of noise. The biggest challenge was having to walk up to the 5th floor to our room. Not ideal if you plan to party in the night.

The property was well designed and decorated (true to the images). It was also in a convenient part of Patong so we could walk to various restaurants and even the beach.
