25 - 3rd may 2025 Bar closings early,most nights very little atmosphere, and the food quality wasn't as good as last time.. which was a little disappointing, to say the least. But the biggest problem is the other inconsiderate guests who make noise early in the morning. Not one day did I manage to sleep in, past 7 in the morning .. which was also a problem last time.. i stayed there 🤔 now thinking about it. . .

Location 👌🏻,good staff helpful friendly welcoming. Clean rooms and grounds . You can get a motorbike,scooter rental there also.

Pool was smaller than expected and not appealing, but there were kids enjoying it.

Loved this place. Literally right on the water at high tide. You cannot swim at low tide, but the beach is gorgeous. And has loads of bars and restaurants to choose from, while feeling Zen. Very clean and comfortable bungalows, though basic. Even the beds and pillows were great. Well priced. Restaurant was ok. Convenient to shops on the road as well.

Little more of an area to place luggage in the room like an extra bench would have been helpful but wasn’t a massive issue.

Fabulous stay from start to finish. The staff were so helpful and friendly with exceptional English and communication. They were extremely knowledgeable about transport from the hotel to our next destination and arranged a fabulous air conditioned private mini van to Ao Nang for a very reasonable price. The whole place and area on the beach was so relaxed. We loved it. Would come again and highly recommend.

we had French neighbours that were downright rude to us. we were two 50 year old woman. we didn't cause any noise apart from that every thing was amazing

The bungalows were lovely. we had the family room for my friend and I. right beside the beach. the staff were amazing sorting out bikes and our transfer to krabi airport. the hammock out the front was a nice touch. I would definitely come back to stay here.

Economic bungalow are very small but practical. The beach is not only sand there is corals so water show would be great to bring.

Great location to relax and enjoy the sun, with all services you need around. The staff was so helpful and nice. The shower was great and the pool nice to have. Omg make sure to get a massage at high tide - it was so lovely.

We booked this place very last minute as another place we had booked fell through. We booked and arrived within 10 minutes, and we were welcomed immediately and our bungalows were already ready for us. The place is right on the beach, the service was excellent, the restaurant has a good variety of food both Thai and Western. There is a pool table in the bar area and the pool is great too. Can't speak more highly of this place, we had an amazing time there.

From the minute we got here the staff were so helpful and polite. The pool was great. The food was tasty and the happy hour over sunset was perfect. Our room was basic but we only slept in it so didn’t need anything more.

Right on a very beautiful and relaxing beach. The massage place (we went every day of our nearly two week stay) was open air on the beach, allowing for the most relaxing experience on the planet. The facilities, food, etc were wonderful, but it was the staff that really made it exceptional. They were so nice and friendly, and became family by the time we left (there were many hugs before we left). Will definitely come back on our next Thailand trip, and will miss sitting in the sea for every sunset until then.

Such a great place! We had the family room and it was spacious and cleaned daily, and water provided. The staff are exceptional, friendly and helpful and always smiling. The property is located on the beach and the swimming pool is amazing and has a kids pool which my boy loved. The kids playroom was a god send for me and my little boy. The food in the restaurant is great and there’s lots of others bars and restaurants within walking distance. We loved it so much here we stayed for 13 nights it total. We left for a few night to try somewhere else but ended up back at New Coconut and we will be returning again at the end of the year.

The pool makes it a little more expensive. And there are families (kids) so if that’s not your thing then go somewhere else.

Touristed area but that was to be expected. Restaurants and prices accordingly. Curry's between 160-200, shakes 100, pad thai 200 bath.

Everything located together, perfect for a family. Restaurant, pool and beach all close together. We were lucky to have the closest room to the pool area, so the baby monitor good reach all the way down to the beach. But the rooms farest away, can be difficult to reach with a monitor. The beach is very family friendly with shades in the morning have small pools and stones when low tide. The staff was exceptional sweet and helpful. We were there 14 days and the got to now our kids very well. The resort is close to the main street where there is 7/11, grocery shops and street food in the evening you can bring to the room. Big and well equipped play room for kids.

Nothing, everything was top for me!

Location was amazing, three steps and you're on the beach. Staff was also amazing, especially Kik. She went out of her way for everyone, she's an amazing person. Food and drinks were good as well, and you could easily rent a motorbike through the accommodation.
