Bed was extremely firm, making it hard to get a good night sleep. We paid for breakfast the night before we had it and then got questioned by staff in the morning while eating breakfast if we had paid, very disruptive and annoying. There was CCTV in reception so they could have just checked that. Also for breakfast we paid 1000 Baht (500pp) which is not worth it at all, do not bother! The staff were lovely but put us off after being questioned in front of everyone.

Swimming pool was lovely, beach resort was fantastic with free transfer to and from. Friendly staff, overall nice environment. Nice size room with towels for washing and separate beach towels provided. The resort has an app which you can sort everything on, from arranging a taxi to getting the maids to clean the room - very handy.

DO NOT be fooled by the photos. This property is not on the beach. We were kinda shocked when we got there and had to go back and check the listing. Its only made clear in one sentence that you are not on the beach and the photos are of the sister property Chi Samui beach club, of which there is a free shuttle bus. The beach club is a 5 minute drive away and you are NOT gaurenteed beds, they need to be prebooked. Although the pool is stunning the sun only covers one half of it during the day so we found other holiday makers laying out their towels and belongings at 7am. The staff should consider putting a stop to this behaviour and give all residents the fair chance to go lay in the sun. If youre not going to relax on the sunbeds when you lay your things down then you shouldnt be able to leave them there to block the beds.

beautiful property and rooms, we were so comfortable (one of the comfiest we stayed in in thailand) the pool area was stunning and we loved the restuarant. Reception staff were very helpful and honest and the shuttle tuktuk was very helpful. GREAT breakfast buffet and options

Nothing springs to mind.

Nice small resort. The food was very good and the apartment was very comfortable. Staff friendly. My son had stomach flu when we arrived, so I spent most of the time in the apartment. Just to be clear, my son did not get sick at Chi Saumi. Would be happy to return. Under better circumstances.

They should have picture from beach on hotel booking- beach is Chi Samui beach club and you should have a reservation for sunbeds.

Very nice accomodartion, rooms are clean, new and big enought. We will come again for sure :) Wifi is great, breakfast are amazing, we love this hotel :)

The location isn’t great, and the beach nearby isn’t really nice. The prices at the restaurant are quite high (we paid about 12 euros for two coffees)

The room was amazing. Lovely and spacious, especially enjoyed the sofa area. The pool area was lovely with lots of space. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We were there over my birthday and they left me a cake which was very sweet.

Or ferry was 2:30pm check out 12 so was invited to lay around the pool. The pool has great lounging areas

How the food/drink prices could have been cheaper from travelling around other places in Thailand that was definitely the most we’ve spent on food and drinks.

The facilities were outstanding. Rooms spacious. Good gym and lovely pool and sun lounges. The hotel do a shuttle to there local beach club.

The photos are misleading and the ‘beach’ is part of the hotels sister hotel. Told we would get ‘VIP discount’ to arrive and the prices were extortionate. Other than that it’s a lovely place to stay

Nothing it’s just fabulous!

This is our second stay and we love it here. The rooms are a good size and the beds / PILLOWS are the most comfortable on the entire island ( for real though ) The food here is fantastic quality, tasty and a diverse selection of. The kitchen staff are so kind and attentive truly. We will always stay here on our Koh Samui visits .

Unfortunately the food. And we tried many different options form the Pad Thai to pizzas and burgers, everything was below average. Same as the cocktails they mostly felt like juice with ice.

The room and staff were fantastic. The room was super clean at all times and we actually stayed twice at this boutique hotel before and after our trip to the islands.

Everything was tops for us at this resort the food and room was as expected we enjoyed the large pool with floating lounges and the spa beds that are built in also the Beach club was also very well appointed we went and had some Drinks while the kids enjoyed the Jetski hire from the beach club, The Airline lost our bag and the hotel staff followed this up even calling the Airport and Airline on my Behalf which was deliverd to the hotel This was over and above for us and allowed us to continue to Koh Tao as planned , Thanks so so much a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

The safe didn’t work properly

The resort restaurant had some nice vegan options including lentil soup and falafel wraps. The pool’s very spacious and clean and we had a good swim in the early morning to avoid the crowd. The gym had great quality equipments and AC. It’s a few kilometers away from the Elephant Sanctuary in Koh Samui. If you have time, definitely check out the sanctuary and support the local effort to enhance the wellbeing of elephants.

The bathroom is a bit small

Everything was fine

During our three-week trip through Thailand we spent a few days in this fantastic resort - which turned out to be one of the most pleasant stays. We loved the overall design of the resort down to the smallest details. I could spend days photographing the interiors, the garden and the pool area. They a real treat for the eye. The rooms are beatiful, very comfortable and well soundproofed. The restaurant, which serves a selection of international meals as well as Thai - which we often try - was a delight. A good option is to attend a cooking course here. The Resort has a fantastic Beach Club with reserved sunbeds and an infinity Pool for hotel guests in the middle of a beautiful beach full of coconut trees. The service is top notch and we were made to feel very comfortable. All in all, one of our best stays in Thailand.

They supply stove top, microwave. But you can not use them, NO KITCHEN WARE, NO CUTLERY, NO DINNER WARE. We payed extra for these facilities you could not use.
