Pool is a bit out the way and walled in, and no facilities eg bar nearby. Restaurant is poor quality and relatively expensive. Sun loungers seem to belong to the restaurant rather than the hotel. (You appear expected to buy food/drinks to sit there!)

Location in middle of Lamai beach is great. Bungalows close to beach. Rooms clean and well kept. All have air con. We had two rooms. One had a good shower, one was poor (only 3.5kw heater - so hot water only at low presssure) - all a bit hit and miss. There are two beach restaurants nearby (Greens and Bamboo) which are both good, but these are separate to the Hotel (see bad points…!)

Exceptional location right on the beach and a minute walk to the main drag.good size bungalow older but neat and clean we have no complaints, great restaurants on the beach right out the front.

The property was dated and l thought expensive for what we had , as there’s no breakfast included , not enough sunbeds by pool .

Right on the beach, which was amazing. Rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. The restaurant on site was great too. Convenient parking for the car I rented.

In the cheapest bungalow the AC wasn’t very efficient. The decor is a little tired but this makes the property more budget friendly in an excellent location.

Great location across the road to the beach and walking distance to restaurants along the beach and road. Shower worked well and bed was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff with travel arrangements. Larger bungalows were more comfortable than the smaller basic bungalows. 12 o’clock check out was great!

The windows (even closed curtains) let in the neighbours' outside light at night so just be aware of this.

Rooms were clean and well kept. Staff were always helpful and super friendly. Beds were comfortable and we always had a good night's sleep. The location is amazing! Right on the beach. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Nothing really. Just the fact that Samui is busy in general. Lots of traffic and lots of people. Accommodations great for the area!

Ongoing construction in Cactus cafe a few meters away from the villa.

Clean spacious place to stay. A cafe right nearby. Authentic atmosphere. Decent massage saloons, shops and restraints a few steps away. We loved the place and the beach.

Internet, Cut out from time to time, and why still have a stupid splash page where reception give you a little piece paper with login data. Just have a router and a WiFi password like the entire rest of the town...Tvs are old, with no USB, so no chance of plugging in a firestick.

I didn’t like the pool much so didn’t bother with it. But the beach is good there why would you bother?

Fantastic location in Central Lamai and right on the Beach. Large bungalow that was very clean. Asked for a problem to be fixed and this happened straight away. Nice little Cafe restaurant with attentive staff and good food and cocktails.

I forgot to ask for my 1.000 bath deposit back and try to contact them to get it and got no answer. Also, the hotel doesn’t have spaces to hang or seats at the beach. Restaurant and bar closes really early, at 7
