The hotel has a perfect location just two blocks from the best beach in Da Nang, the staff was very friendly, they helped us with everything, we booked all the tours there and it was great.

Location is a little far from everything- walking to walking street And restaurants took 15-30 minutes. Hotel is large and very well looked after but sterile feeling- your not going there for the ambience. Staff was nice, however we rented this hotel for the pool and it was being cleaned for the 2 days we were there. Before you book ask if pool is usable. Overall pleasant stay.

The road in front was not very busy but seemed to be a speedway and in the evening. A lot of Roosters across the street. :) The staff were kind and gave us extra pillow to put in our head. 🙂

The rooms were spacious, the shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. The balcony was nice to sit outside. The pool was great. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was plentiful. The staff were very friendly. Within walking distance to the markets.

The noise in the room. You could hear everything your neighbours were talking in the next room. But this is the problem in the most asian buildings.

Good hotel for a reasonable amount of money. The pool was nice & also the rest area. Easy to take a TUK TUK & drive to the Night Market where the food Court is one of the best, even the best in Asia. There you can enjoy the local culture as the dancers & musicians play for free & you can find whatever food choice you have to eat the same time & its really cheap.

A bit out of downtown

Very large and comfortable room, great bathroom, everything is clean and works properly. The breakfast is good, the staff is doing his best to accommodate everybody's need. The hotel was very quiet.

The breakfast wasn't very good for Europeans. The staff were pleasant enough but not exactly hard working. No one greeted us when we arrived and the hotel, bizarrely, has no ramp up to the door. We had to hsul our heavy cases up steps! The pool was really dirty and all the outside areas needed attention

During the night the water was not warm enough to enjoy a bath or a relaxing shower. I suggest to improve the quality of water heaters. The room colours were honestly awful, not sure why the owner picked up colourful tones rather than keeping it simple. It gave us the feeling of a baby's room.

Perfect location with car parking provided. Good breakfast in the morning (they even provide Nutella, peanut butter, and yogurt, not common in Thailand! Much appreciated!!!). Comfortable bed, big rooms, and a wide balcony.

The pool was closed for the entire stay and looks like it has been closed for a while which was not advertised or advised before coming. Was quite disappointing as it advertises on Booking that there’s a pool so if I had known it was closed I would have booked elsewhere and no refund not even partial refund was given when I decided to go and stay elsewhere because of this. The hotel also has quite a sterile feel, wasn’t very relaxing holiday vibes.

Staff were friendly, place was clean, location was good for me but maybe not for those who don’t have a scooter/car to get around.
