The noise from the nearby airport, which could sometimes be disturbing. Being asked to pay for a broken glass, which felt unnecessary.

The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the airport and the beach. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming.

Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were very nice and clean, the breakfast was great, and the beach was both calm and beautiful. We loved the location, right on Chaweng street, yet still peaceful and quiet.

The hotel looks a bit tired. Could do with an overhaul and lick of paint. Pool bar closed, by the looks of it permanently. Choice for breakfast limited if that bothers you. Storage space in deluxe room extremely limited. Overpriced, I believe.

The staff were very good. Location is at one end of Chaweng, which makes it very quiet at night, the reason I chose it. A walk of about 10 minutes to get to the main area.

Lovely staff. Breakfast very nice. Location good, just a little bit of a stroll from the centre, main beach a bit further still, but access to it via the rear of the hotel and a walk along the sand - not an issue if you can walk easily. Would happily stay again.

At the time of my stay, water level was low so the beachfront was not really pretty and not appealing to do outdoor activities they offer.

Very kind and friendly staff. Beautiful common area beachfront. Clean room and comfortable. Easy walk to bearby convenient stores (4-5 minutes).

I did find the resort to be slightly dated when compared to the pictures, but it did not take away from our experience. The swim-up-bar was not meeting my expectations unfortunately.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is in a great location surrounded by restaurants and shops. Breakfast buffet had a wonderful spread of sweet and savoury options. The rooms were well equipped, and I really enjoyed the Nespresso coffee station.

Great beach hotel Large comfortable room with safe and good Wi-Fi. Full breakfast with fruit, yogurt, smoked salmon, cold cuts, etc. Great staff. A special thanks to Sira, who is always cheerful, fun and encourages us to work out in the gym. The sea in front of the hotel is calm, with no waves due to the reef. Very peaceful swimming, clean water. The hotel has sun loungers in the shade and available. The pool is OK. I had no problems with noise and I am sensitive to noise. Location near restaurants and night life but without noise Mattress firm enough

Poor quality cocktails on happy hour (lacking alcohol) Towels in room had seen better days. The building itself needs a bit of tlc. Weird placement of sockets and phone sockets behind the pillows in the middle of the bedhead. The loud music around the pool, not good for relaxing.
