Everything! From staff during arrival, the outdoor bathtub, comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. The staff asked me if I wanted to go wuth them to the town and also dropped me off to the nearby restaurant. Such a sweet gesture.

There are 5 x seperate studios with #2 being the widest with the best outlook & some distant mountain views, followed by #1 with also some mountain views & then #3 & #4 & #5 with jungle views. They are quite private & have huge outdoor balconies with an outdoor bathtub, which we utilised every night. There is also a seperate shower in the inside bathroom. The hosts are so helpful & very warm & friendly. Breakfast was very hearty & filling. There are many steps to get up to the villa's but the hosts will help with heavy bags. The driveway leading in is quite broken up & if you take it slow, it is fine with a steep gravel driveway up to the parking area. The eating area has a nice leafy outlook. Overall, I would recommend. Such lovely & friendly hosts 👌

The toilet floors are too coarse and really uncomfortable to walk on. Felt like walking on sand paper. The stairs leading to the rooms are a bit steep and not so friendly for the elderly

We stayed for 2 nights at here. It is a very quaint home stay resort with only 4 units available for rental at any one time. The room itself is pretty clean and design was simple. Absolutely loved the bathtub outside the bedroom especially during the night where we can do some stargazing as well. Each room comes with a Bluetooth speaker for us to use. Tam had been very helpful and attentive during our stay. He speaks very good English so communication was easy. His hospitality was exceptional and he is really passionate in what he does. He would stay up late to ensure we are back at the homestay without issues. He knows the geography very well and is able to recommend many different attractions and places to visit. He even helped us source for a private car with driver to tour us around Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai. The breakfast although simple, was delicious and we even had mango sticky rice on our second day. The homestay is not too far from the city and it’s actually about 10 - 15 minutes to main attractions like Blue Temple, White Temple, Chiang Rai Night Market and etc. Very valued for money and highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet whilst still within range to other attractions.

Its a small thing - but wish they could invest in some large capacity water heaters. As the weather is nice and cool. We did get hot water but not with great pressure. And the bathtub water is warm not hot.

The road to the place is very bad and needs to be fixed. It is a short road but still not good for our car. The parking can also be improved.

I liked the location, the setting and the room. The bath was great although the heater was not working well but it was still fine; and the owners were friendly. Thank you!

Parking is a tad difficult, and there should be a sign pointing to "Reception". The steps up to the bungalows can be difficult for people who have difficulties walking/climbing! But those are visible in their pictures, so...!

All in all a very nice experience! These people know how to take care of a nice place and make their guests happy. Taking a bath in an outside bathtub, with a view, just before the rain starts - exceptional!

INCREDIBLY RECOMMENDED!!! The staff helped us with all the questions we had about the nearby temples, motorcycle rental, with doubts about the bus terminal and many more. Super friendly to us and the breakfast is GREAT :) The room is dreamy, the sound of nature while you take a bath on the terrace is a memory that I will have forever. In short, SUPER SUPER RECOMMENDED, you have to stay here if you go to Chiang Rai 💘

Location is about three miles from the city center in a green area. Best if you have a motorbike or car for stays. Taxis have problems finding the place although staff were always willing to phone drivers and explain location.

Beautiful large room with mountain view and very comfortable bed in a family run facility. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Room had large balcony with outdoor shower and tub (there is also an indoor shower for cool AMs). The facility is quite new, two years old and rooms are spotless.

Very cute and quaint! Good location pretty close to city center. Only issue is having to carry luggage up the stairs, but it was manageable.
