The food wasn’t too great, we had dinner there once. Breakfast wasn’t super great but their “egg in the pan” was nice. Rooms are basic and bedding doesn’t look too inviting but was ok. It’s quite far from anything.

The view from the rafts was very nice with the river flowing by. The family rooms were more spacious than the normal double room with a bit of space in front of the fridge area.

The food was disappointing. I would have given it a 10 if it wasn’t for the food. Breakfast was not good and limited. Only coffee was instant coffee with no hot water pot in the room to make your own coffee. They had a coffee bar (not sure if it was real or instant), but it didn’t open u til the afternoon. Dinner was decent, but not great. It took forever to get your food as it took very long to cook. Sadly, there a more no restaurants close by.

Access from car park to resort chalets and dining area, very steep in places.

Location was good, especially for access to Hellfire Pass memorial centre. The on-site restaurant is exceptional, with excellent food and amazing staff.

My room on check in had cigarette smoke smell. The staff found me a new room after i mention the smell.

My 2nd time to stay here. The rooms on the water, whilst old are in relatively good condition. The restaurant food was very delicious. room has a fully stock mini fridge. The owner has a unique (free) river raft ride in the morning which was fun and relaxing.

Nothing worth worrying about, I'm amazed they do everything as good as they do for the price.

The entire hotel floats on the river Kwai where you can be immersed in nature. The family room was as described with a great balcony where you can sit right on the river and relax. They have a special section set aside for swimming which is loads of fun because the flowing river still wants to carry you downstream. The floating restaurant has a good menu and will cater for anything you like. They have a free raft trip in the mornings where they tow a section of the restaurant away - you can still sit and sip coffee! Amazing experience. They even have a zipline cart to carry your luggage down the steep slope to the river.

The staff didn’t know a word of English. The food provided needs a a lot of attention. Inspite of the property being in the middle of farming community,no fresh fruits were kept for breakfast.

The scenic beauty . It was absolutely stunning to feel the flow of the river under your feet. The river,the mountains, the bamboo clusters and the birds made the stay worthwhile.

The staff was very rude when there were no other guest. Not trying to communicate with us and help with arranging activities. When there were more thai guests the next day suddenly they were very helpful.

Beautiful place on the river in the middle of a lush jungle. In the morning you can do the rafting on the river that is amazing! The staff is super friendly. The room was little but with all the necessary.

On Tuesday 11 July we checked in to 2 x family rooms. At around 5.30am on Wednesday morning, gurgling noises started coming from the plumbing in the V1 room and within the next 90 minutes, the toilet started overflowing in the bathroom. At 7am, the toilet in the V2 room started overflowing as well. We found a staff member working in a nearby room, who came to our room and over the next 30 minutes was in and out of the bathroom, and attending to plumbing outside of the rooms. The floors in both bathrooms were flooded and a very strong and unpleasant smell filled both rooms. We attended reception area and the restaurant area to find the person who was in charge at the time. They came to our room to view the situation and they saw the dirt and other rubbish and flooding on the bathroom floors. They appeared to be making calls and offered to move us to different rooms, which were directly next door to our existing rooms. I viewed the rooms and determined that they would be unsuitable for our group, as there was no access via the veranda between the two rooms. We were a family group with the children and adults staying in separate rooms. It was impossible for the children to move safely to the adult’s room should they require, as each room was set up to be completely private from the other. This hotel accommodation was on a floating raft, and the river was flowing very quickly. We needed the children to have safe access between the rooms, which was not possible in the proposed replacement rooms. Each room was quite small and the option of the children sharing our room compromised the quality of the holiday experience for us all. I informed the staff that this was not a suitable compromise for these reasons and that we would like a refund. At this time the staff member informed me that we would have to apply through Agoda for consideration of a refund. The hotel is old and in a state of repair. We were given the keys and sent along the piles to looking for a room. The children were scared. Neither help with luggage, nor show the hotel. Nothing was offered . We didn 't see any other tourists .
