Suffers a lot of party noise and yet is probably the furthest walk from the pier. The moment I arrived, manager/staff a little too keen to sign me up for additional tours. I hadn't even got to my room and the temptation of trying to get extra commission by selling me a tour or two just made me feel like I was just another number. A dollar sign to push through the system.

The guest house is in a great location, only a 15 minute walk from the pier. Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of noise from the clubs in the evening however that seems to be the case in all of Phi Phi so can't be helped. Lots of lovely cats around and a great view from the guest house - would recommend!

The bathroom door was abit tricky to open but nothing major.

Perfect location for us as it was more out of the main area of phi phi. Staff were supper friendly and helpful. Brownie is super cute and so are all the cats! Nice comfy bed and clean.

The location was just perfect - 5 minutes by a walk from centre, not up the hill (behind this kitty guesthouse is very high hill with others hostels :D Was so happy that its down) and still quite calm at night. Very nice owner - helping with trips and everything. You have to walk (no tuk tuks or scooters in this island), but its 15 minutes by a walk from boats and they help you with the luggage.

The stay was overall very comfortable and the owner is the sweetest, very friendly and helpful person. She's eger to share advice, assist in selecting trips/activities which are the best suited to your needs and preferences etc. She is a wonderful, empathetic person, which is also shown in the number of pets aroud the gueshouse, which she's feeding and taking care of. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was one drawback - noise. If you are there to party, it should not bother you at all. But if you plan to get up early and have a light sleep it can be difficult to get a rest. Even though Kitty house is not very close to the beach bars, you'll probably hear the music and people shouting during night, and construction noises in a daytime. There are earplugs available on the reception desk, but they were not very helpful. *we've been there in a peak season, maybe in other momentals of the year it's a little more quiet.

It’s not luxury but you know that when booking. I have no complaints.

Location was close to everything, but not on the main party street so a little more quiet. The owner was very friendly and helped us book transportation to our next place. They also helped bring our luggage to the pier which was awesome. Free coffee and water at the reception. Everything was very clean. Good value for money! I would come back.

This is nothing that the property can change but the noise from the beach clubs and bars which lasts until 3 am. But this noise can be heard basically from any accomodation on the island.

Kitty Guesthouse was such a lovely surprise comparing to other accomodation options in Phi Phi. Super sweet and helpful staff and cute kitties and a doggo in the reception area. This place is comfortable, clean and well taken care of. They offer bag transfers from and to port. The price is reasonable and could be even higher for the services they provide. We also booked a tour through reception lady which was for a good price and very convenient. Would have definetely stayed here longer but it was fully booked. Truly recommend! :)

Not necessarily the properties fault but it is extremely loud until 3am which is to be expected in phi phi but just to be aware of.

The staff here are so lovely! Very informative about trips and they offer services to the pier which was really helpful! The rooms are a lovely size with a comfortable bed.

Drain smell in the bathroom(which admittedly is a very common issue) and cannot hide the fact that it get’s very loud at night with the party sounds from the main beach and annexed vibrations from it.(this lasts until around 3am)

The room was nice, clean and modern with a little balcony. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful with some banging recommendations on where to eat on the island.

Very nice staff, lady at the reception happy to help with some attractions, they also offer to take the luggage back to the pier for you so you don’t have to worry about that. Room was nice and clean, especially for the price really nice condition. It is a like bit far from the center but the island is small and very loud at night, so If you want to have a chance to sleep at all that’s pretty good choice. Also very cute addition, few cats and a dog hanging out in the reception area

The walk from the main area to the hotel is a bit scary if you’re by yourself in the dark.

The location is remote and the surroundings are not very appealing. At night it can be loud, there is a beach club around.

It is out of Ton Sai a bit- is good for noise but also a bit of a walk to restaurants, beach ect. The stairs to Kitty 2 to the upper floors are no joke and not appropriate for bad knees/impaired guests.

Clean well equipped room, lovely staff that offered snorkel equipment to borrow, basic breakfast of toast, coffee, juice.
