Wonderful place, very spacious apartament with two balconys and lovely view on beautiful garden. Fantastic infinity pool. The staff was friendly and very helpful. No restaurant or bar in the residence which we found OK as it makes the stay even more peaceful and there are places to eat within a short walking distance.

Nothing to complain about

You had to grab everywhere but we knew that when we booked it.

The villa is clean and spacious, with a staff that is both helpful and highly efficient. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a tranquil retreat, just a 15-minute walk from the beach, yet surrounded by the serenity of lush jungle, free from any car noise.

The privacy and quiet.

BE CAREFULL!!! When We arrived they told us we can't enter the pool because the water are dirty and it will be fixed in the morning. What they didn't say is that the entire water system in the villa is dirty, we couldn't use also the jacuzzy and had to brush our teeth with mineral water. The villa in the pictures looked perfect but in reality it was very old and rusty, tons of bugs that keeps appearing. After two days we moved to a different villa (In their eyes it was an upgrade because it was two bedroom villa, but we are a couple and we didn't use the other room, and the room we did use was much much smaller than the room we had in the previous villa) We asked for a refund only for the first two days - which makes sense according to that we had dirty water, and the villa didn't look like in the pictures. They told us to talk with Booking, who weren't helpfull at all!! We didn't receive nothing until today and we are very dissappointed from both the hotel and Booking behaviour.

All the staff was excellent to ensure we got what we needed.

The villa was not well maintained. Many things did not work and needed repair/replacement. Eg. AC units in multiple rooms, TV & AC remote controls, could not set shower temperature to comfortable level, bathtub, multiple lights. Kitchen was ill equipped. We also did not learn until later that there was no restaurant at the site.

The gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful. He helped us book all of our activities and was always on hand for anything we needed.

Literally nothing

The main living area was nice and outside pool area very spacious. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Nice area close to new elephant sanctuary.

The bedroom and bathroom smelt very damp and wasn’t very clean. The bathroom and toilet don’t have a proper roof so bugs, birds and lizards can get in. Also gaps in the doors so easy entry into the bedroom. The bed felt damp and bedding smelt dirty. I didn’t enjoy sleeping here at all I felt like I was sleeping outside. We a cockroach in the bedroom and another in the bathroom. It really needs refurbishment in the bedroom and bathroom (Red room). The living area was cleaner and I would of preferred to sleep there.

The property was a lovely detached villa with a private pool. Everything about this place was superb. The villa was an excellent size, private garden and pool. It was clean and well looked after. Double spa bath to top it off. It was peaceful, private and everything you need. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Organising motorbikes, taxis etc. nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic!!
