Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaPool was out of order for just over half of our stay. We were given a credit for it, but not much considering. I think they should have let us know before we got there, considering how long in advance we had booked. And that the pool was one of the reason we chose this resort.

Czech RepublicTo tell the truth, I have expected more for the money. The most unpleasant surprise was missing washing hose by the toilet, with just holes in the tiles, past memory for the hose. The AC over the bed has been very strong, the overall impression was rather obsolete room. In my opinion the accommodation is rather overpriced. It was not possible to switch off the bathroom light, which was rather mysterious for us:).
Good breakfast, great location by the beach, pleasant swimming pool. Smiling staff and welcome drink.

BahrainI didn’t like the rooms for different reasons: 1. The room was small. 2. The mattresses were on a marble cement bed and was in a corner which made it difficult to get in and out the bed. 3. There was no closet for the clothes and you have to hang them in the bathroom. 4. The safe deposit box was located in the bathroom. 5. The bathroom didn’t have bidet to wash up.
The all the staff were nice and helpful. The location was excellent as it is near the beach.
