Room was a bit smaller than we anticipated. The staff gave us a difficult time at check out about the number of room cards we returned.

Convenient location with nice pool and comfortable rooms. Wonderful temples, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Location is excellent so central and so easy to walk to near by tourist attractions. Hotel is so clean and comfortable. Staff are so friendly. Pool is lovely and relaxing. I would stay here again.

Lack of a closet

No complaints, our stay was fantastic!

Fantastic staff, very helpful and booked lots of tours for us (Elephant visit at Elephant Nature Park, Massage, Sticky Waterfalls, Chiang Rai private car etc). The room was very clean and towels refreshed daily. Hotel pool was very clean and the location was perfect with a 7-Eleven just around the corner, a nice brunch spot next door and a fantastic rooftop bar. Highly recommend

Unfortunately there was construction and the property lane was often blocked off.

Location is wonderful if you want to stay in the old part of the city. Easy walk to everything. Staff were outstanding.

I felt some of the toiletries were basic or non-existent. For example there was only one small (sliver) of basic bar soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo. Many hotels have moved to refillable dispensers and that would have been nice. Towels were also very basic and you had to ask for more when housekeeping came around.

Kiri Hotel was very well located within the walled part of the city. It was a quaint boutique type hotel that had good amenities.

The sound insulation of the rooms is not to European standards. I had booked the largest room category but even there you could hear the neighbours from the next room easily. Thankfully, the very nice hotel management moved me up to the penthouse room to accommodate for that, but I assume that the sound insulation is even more of an issue in the regular rooms.

Cute small hotel with great design. Very friendly staff - everybody was super friendly and spoke very good English. I also liked the small but nice breakfast selection - much better than putting everything out and letting it go to waste. The room design was also super nice - very clean and modern design.

The hotel was in a safe and central location to visit all attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and always ready to help us with any queries and to book taxis. The room was spacious but could do with more hangers. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and well worth the money and a choice to sit outside. The pool was nice to relax at the end of the day.
