The location of the hotel is stunning, best beach in Khao lak area ,with beautiful seaview from every rooom of the hotel. Hotel itself is a bit outdated,pool is small, restaurant is not appealing, but thats why i guess price is so cheap compared to other resorts in the area. The value for money is exellent imo! Rooms are big,bed confortable, big terrace. Sure toiletries are basic, towels not luxurious, but was cleaned every day and i am really happy with my stay there! Renting a scooter recomended to moove around,as bit far from main street, restaurants,supermarkets.

But WIFI - very BAD! ((( You guys need to change it, I understand that a lot of people and your internet is broking all the time because of this, but anyway. It's impossible to normal work on this connections, that is super bad and broking every hour.

The TV in the room was not working well, it was blurry, we told them, they came and checked, then they said lthey will call the engineer, it had been a week but nobody fixed it. The sea is great but the water is a little bit blurry, not good for snorkelling but the sandy beach and the water is nice.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The wifi is good, and almost all the rooms have a beautiful view. The beach is quite good. There is a forest behind, its lovely.

Rooms need some TLC, furniture has seen better days. Resort is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, due to steps and steep slopes fom rooms to pool/beach.

Superb location, all rooms have sea views, right on the beach, 20 minute walk to bars and restaurants or 100 baht in a taxi.

Interior is dated. Whole resort looks a bit tired. Seems to attract mostly retirees. Nothing much on the television. WiFi is slightly spotty even in the room. Slightly too expensive IMO.

Pretty big. Not crowded. Access to beach. Great views from balcony of every room. Clean. Private and quiet. Housekeeping does not come by unless you specifically request it. Large rooms with huge balcony.

The bed was like a rock and the fridge was incredibly noisy. Could do with some bedside lamps.

Loved this place. It was perfect for us. A few niggles were outweighed. The view is gorgeous.

Slightly tired in decor but it’s currently being decorated, and breakfast doesn’t start till 9am but these things were not a problem for us.

Excellent location on the beach, fabulous views from rooms, rooms spacious with big balconies, friendly staff. Very good value.

There is a lot of sand on the bed even after making the room. It's a little uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff used a grass cutter around 8 in the morning, it was very loud and woke me up. The beach in front of the resort has many rocks both in the water and on the shore. The waves hit me to the rock under water which i couldn't see and my foot was blue and in pain for a whole week. The resort is a bit far from khaolak center, about 2 km. It is walkable at night, day time is too hot to walk.

The resort is for adults only so it was very quiet. There is a small nice pool but guests mostly stay on the sunbed near the beach. The view from every room is facing the sea and its beautiful. The food is alright, fast service. The staff are polite. The price matches the quality.

The shower, the water was either freezing or roasting, no adjustment. It's a small resort, you are limited on restaurants as it is a taxi ride into town.Taxi to town was 200bhat for four. We were there eight days and that was just about right.

Loved being on the beach. Lovely large rooms with terrace. Great massages on the beach in front of the hotel. Friendly staff. Best restaurant in resort was Anderlay Bay. In town at the end of the night market was In's mojitos, definitely worth a visit. 60 bhat each.

We didn't buy the breakfast with our room and opted instead to order a la carte. The full breakfast was a bit underwhelming with "hot dog" style sausage, dodgy ham and untoasted, dry white bread (the ham & cheese croissant was good but not very filling). Unfortunately, there are no nearby restaurant options that serve breakfast - you would need to walk/taxi into town to find a breakfast restaurant. We ate one day at Walker's Inn and loved it (real coffee!!) but's a good 20-25 minute jaunt.

The property is very quiet, being that it's at the end of the beach. Our room and terrace were both very spacious with a lovely sea view. The Andalay Bar is a short walk down the beach (north toward town) is a great choice for lunch or supper. There are two other options on the road just north of the resort but we liked the Andalay so much we stuck with that. The resort restaurant does some decent dishes for fair prices so it's also worth your while at least once.

More loungers needed on the beach. The restaurant was it's failing. There are a lot of steps which might be too much for some people.

The hotel is at the quiet end of the beach and is adult only. Our daily room service was exceptional and immaculate with clean daily bedding and towels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was my husband's birthday and he was given a cake to celebrate..We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 16 days. The beach is kept clean and is beautiful sand with a gentle clear sea.. The restaurant was only open until 5pm when we stayed. We only ate breakfast there once as it wasn't very good. There are plenty of eateries nearby within walking distance.
