Location is great and surprisingly quiet given the location. Staff were lovely, especially the Housekeeping girl. My only gripe was kept loosing the WiFi signal on my Firestick- so couldn't really watch anything, which was disappointing.

I had to wait for a few weeks until my apartment was ready, so I picked Katesiree House kinda randomly. The place was really nice, they picked a room for me with a table like I asked and wi-fi was perfect for work. The street is kinda busy, but has lots of places to eat and beach is like 15 minutes away. The staff was very nice, I had no issues and they even helped me get a car during my check-out, since taxis refused to take my luggage for some reason. Overall - very nice place for its price.

Slap bang in the heart of the entertainment area with a very busy and popular bar below the rooms but regardless, it was comfortable and quiet.

I was expecting a better room for 900 baht/day, the facilities were looking better in the photos than in reality. But it's high season now, so ... But there was also a weird smell coming from.the drain in the bathroom

The lady at the reception was very nice, she let me have the check-in at 11:20, asking me also which room I preferred (some rooms are more noisy than others, at night, for the music coming from outside). The cleaning staff is working well too. Internet was good

The "not so good" 😐 located in the center of the party, you have to deal with the music until 4am ... beware: do party 🥳 🍻 or use earplugs 😴 The ugly 🙁 nothing

The room is a bit dark and there wasn't an outlet near the desk area. The water shut off a couple of times around 9am but soon came back on. Because I was visiting for Christmas and New Years outside was a bit loud.

The location is excellent, near many entertainment venues and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are very friendly. There is cheap beer downstairs.

Check in process - it takes quite long just to check in and check in counter and bar counter is same. so you have to wait awkwardly while others keeps staring at you. It’s really awkward if you are check in at night time. No elevator, noise

Unfortunately the room lighting was very poor as no bedside lighting and could of done with lights by your door entrance.

The internet was often not working which could be a pain for sure. The rooms lighting was not the best, I had to use my phones torch to use the safe as the area was not lit in any way. It may be to near the activity for some tourists.

A very good priced accommodation,very much in the centre of where you would want to be. Friendly staff make sure your needs are looked after. Near all the amenities and entertainments you will need for your visit. In room facilities were all I requered.

street and clubs noise smell of smoke and ganja

From this side of the structure, the music and noise is really high till late night (3-4 a.m.) The other side is much better. There are people smoking Ganja in the rooms and hallway (even though it is forbidden by hotel). The position and the clean structure are top.
