I genuinely enjoyed staying at this hotel. I spent there 10 days of my trip. Firstly, the accommodation was great, the price is very reasonable. The room was cleaned by staff every day, they gave 2 bottles of water daily. The furniture and AC are old-fashioned but worked properly. To my surprise, there were cosmetics (like sunscreen cream, deodorants, sprays), summer hats, beach mats and towels available for everyone at the lobby! The staff members are extremely friendly and hospitable. I got sick one day and they helped me buying medicine and caring for me! I don’t know what I would do without them, 'cause I was alone abroad. There were small breakfasts served in the dining room every morning + 7/11 is very close, so it’s easy and cheap to have breakfast there. What I appreciate most is the fact, that I met there lots of good people from different countries! I really had a great time there, thanks a lot :)

The Guest house was a beautiful, lovely location., warm and polite staff smiling always, super clean rooms with a great view. Lovely Host she is always ready to help and make sure you are comfortable. They provide excellent beauty treatments massages and island trips airport taxis very well connected all under one roof. I will surely recommend it to my friends and family and will come back to stay next time. 😍😍😍

The entrance is not very pretty and could be more well mainteined. The shower has no separation from the rest of the bathroom, so when you take a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. It’s very uncomfortable. The owner was not very friendly.

It has a very good location, the internet is good, it was cleaned, very close to the beach, it is close to many restaurants , 7 eleven and stores.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it felt a bit more worn compared to two years ago. At times, there was a low humming noise — possibly from the air conditioner, the refrigerator, or both — which was a bit distracting.

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, which is a big advantage. I was given a room in the second building, located behind the main one. Despite the lively surroundings, the room was quiet and clean. There was no kettle in the room, but the staff provided one upon request at reception.

Four floors of stairs! Although we were given the option of having a room on the lower floors we choose the 4th floor for the views and breezes. I would love a kettle and cup so I don’t have to go down and up 4 flights of stairs for my morning coffee.

There weren't any electrical sockets by the bed. But I was provided with an extension lead.

The Guest House had everything I needed for my 10 day stay. My friend and I each had a rm. The room was spotless. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding. The owner, Kelty couldn't have been more helpful. She provided us with a beach towel everyday. Helped with taxi. I would recommend a massage. Her girls were amazing. Would certainly stay again.

to be fair it exceeded my expectations

This is a hidden gem. The owners are amazing. Staff are so good. the beds are hard but comfortable. Its a 10 min walk to beach via shops and restaurants. Th massages in this guests house are so so good. They offer a clothes washing service which I was so pleased with in fact had all my washing done before leaving. i will return.

You get what you pay for, a clean spacious room but no luxuries. Shower wasn't great.

Great value. It is in a quiet area but within walking distance of Kata beach. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
