Children swimming in the pool bar with balls everywhere only went in once couldn’t relax and have a drink in the swim up bar kept getting balls thrown at us 💁‍♀️

Mattress was very hard. Cocktails by the pool were served in a paper cup it took the glame out of it. The breakfast eas yum, though very repetitive. Not enough fruit variety to choose from

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean units and very comfortable. Many beautiful pools to relax and swim. Breakfast was amazing with many different choices from Thai to English. Loved our stay, and it was real value for money. Would definitely visit again.

The cleanliness was lacking — as soon as we arrived, we noticed there was all sorts of stuff under the bed! We didn’t like the breakfast; the quality of the food could definitely be improved.

The room was spacious with direct access to the pool. There are four pools, and it’s great for kids. The pool stays open until late. There’s also a kids’ club, but children must be accompanied by an adult since there are no staff members supervising. The location was perfect for us because it’s away from the chaos and just 10 minutes from Kata beach. The staff were very kind and helpful — we had an issue, and they came to change the sheets in the evening in no time.

The bed has hard (can ask for mattress cover), pillows were limited and flat. The shower/bath was poorly payed out making it difficult to get in/out

Breakfast was poor. Hotel was full of very unfriendly guests but that is Phuket in general. Wouldnt recommend Phuket as whole. Go to Krabi instead.

We had a garden room which meant a few steps to the pool, very convenient. Nice hotel overall.

On arrival we were upgraded for free to a room which walked out into the pool. There was lots going on and the location was great. The bed was also really comfortable and we were provided with beach towels to use at our convenience.

It is a little bit old, but honestly value for money is good. First week we had a nice cleaning lady and she would clean the room in early morning. The second week last was different and we always had to ask the lady to clean the room. The communication was difficult.

The location is excellent! Kata is a good please for family stay. Good price, normal clean, have so many swimming pools which is nice for kids to play around! Only 10 mins walk from the nice Kata Beach.

The breakfast could have a wider variety, however, the food was tasty and the breakfast venue was delightful as we enjoyed the pool area as we ate.

The breakfast was and sufficient and adequate. However, the grounds and pool areas were beautiful to walk around and relax in. The staff were very happy and very helpful. It made our stay very pleasant. Great hotel as it was well suited to couples or families of different ages. Thank you.

Guests from certain nationalities buying alcohol from supermarkets and just sitting being rowdy with no respect for other guests. There are plenty of bars in the hotel to use. They should not be allowed to buy cheap drinks from outside to consume on the hotel premises.
