Shower drain needs to be unclogged. Stairs are steep, so do not recommend for someone with mobility impairment, we were on the 3rd floor. Air conditioner was super cold, but someone came up right away to fix control and show us how to operate.

Staff was great, shout out to Ms. Dao! Mosquito spray was extremely helpful. She was very pleasant and welcoming. Great location for restaurants. Markets are within 20 minutes walking distance. Some shorter. Lots of shopping near by. Soap, towel and hand towel provided. Beach towels provided downstairs.

The shower needs be replaced, the water comes out outside the shower area.

The facilities list mentions ironing, but they no longer offer it. However, they did direct us to a place two minutes walk away that did offer it for a good price.

Staff were helpful - they would tell us if any local events were happening and give recommendations. Didn't find the place too noisy. Rooms were clean. Bed is firm but we found it okay. AC was good. 10 minute walk to the beach and several local food options within five minutes walk. Good value!

We had a late flight time arrival to the island, and after communicating this, we were told we might not be able to check in. Since we didn’t want to lose our accommodation we had to change our flight, which was a nuisance. Room was made up but towels were forgotten, and we had to go pick them up ourselves. The AC didn’t work the first night and though it was fixed promptly the next morning, this should’ve been checked prior to our arrival. On their own these things are not a big deal, but grouped together leave me with a sense that hospitality and attention to detail could be improved.

Balcony was nice, spacious room, clean environment. We had 1 night with broken AC but it was promptly fixed the next morning, though we couldn’t turn it off anymore. Great location, close to the beach and to restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at Kata Sea Blue! The highlight of my experience was the amazing manager. She is absolutely lovely, taking the time to personally welcome guests and explain everything they need to know for a smooth and enjoyable stay. She also provides great advice and pays attention to all feedback, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel is very well located, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. It’s just a 10 minutes walk to Kata Beach and a 25 minutes walk to Kata Noi Beach, making it a great base for exploring the area. My room was clean and functional, providing everything I need for a comfortable stay. I had an issue with an electrical outlet, but it was promptly fixed the next morning, showing how efficient and attentive the staff are. Overall, I highly recommend Kata Sea Blue for its excellent service, perfect location, and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely stay here again!

Owner is lovely and able to answer every question. Allowed us early check in which was really helpful. Location was good, slightly tucked away from the tourist area yet near enough to get to beach in a 8 min stroll. Good food found nearby. Highway Indian Restaurant (turn right leaving hotel on opposite side of road) and Red Chair (turn left and opposite side of road) fabulous food! Can borrow towels for beach.

The location was close to the beach but not right in the busy area, and we had a view of a green area and the big buddha. The room was very spacious and clean, and we had a fridge and a tv. The owner was very nice and accommodating!
