Great location, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast nice. Hiring motorbike from there was very handy and easy. You need to be fit enough for the steps to you room.

What's not to like 10/10

The welcoming, the facilities, the staff and overall a great experience. Me and my partner have decided if we return this would be our place to return. Eh Eh! was very hospitable, warming and we felt that we would be looked after if an instance is were to arise. There is a brilliant gym which we didn't even get a chance to use but it's well maintained and has great equipment especially for a hotel. Having the ability to rent a bike also from her keeps everything convient so all catering etc is kept under one roof. Again there's a lovely pool which we didn't get to experience with beautiful fish next to it. Unfortunately our time has run out but would definitely like to revist again and experience more of Phuket/Kata. Thank you so much Eh Eh, please remember us for future 🙏🏼

Very spacious, clean room with pool access. Eh Eh was very helpful when we needed it the most. Unfortunately we had food poisoning and were unable to call an ambulance for at least an hour. Eh Eh came to the rescue at midnight. Very appreciative of your help.

The host, many facilities, pretty close to Kata Beach, motor bikes to rent on property, swimming pool at second floor. The host allowed us to stay at swimming pool because we had the arrival flight to early.

Our stay in Phuket was amazing. The window view was stunning, and my parents absolutely loved it. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, offering us great support throughout our stay. Additionally, they provide a personal parking space. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and colleagues in Germany.

The place is exceptionally clean and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Despite our very late check-in due to a flight delay, the owner greeted us with a smile, showing her kindness and positivity. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. A special highlight was my husband's birthday—he was surprised with a cake at breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! We truly appreciated this personal touch. Throughout our stay, we received excellent recommendations about the region, which made our trip even more enjoyable. One of the best conveniences was being able to rent a scooter directly from the hotel at a great price. This saved us time and gave us peace of mind, knowing the process was reliable. The location is also fantastic—just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful stay.

Great little hotel. Every floor has their own balcony area, with the pool on the second floor. Good view of the Big Buddha statue which was nice since it’s closed to the public still. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Was close to a lot of restaurants and a short walk to the beach. They also do laundry services at a good price.

Nothing that I don't like, but I think it'll increase my comfort more if they give 2 pillow (per person).

This hotel is located slightly away from Kata beach, so it is away from the busy street and less noisy. I love that we have a big balcony / hang out place outside of our room, and we can see the Big Budhha from our balcony. The room is clean and spacious, facilities in the room is good too, it has robes! and AC in the room is awesome, we really appreciate the AC after came back from outside, cause the weather is scorching! The caretaker Eh Eh is very friendly and helpful and the staff is great too.

Bit far away from central street next to beach

Lovely and quiet place to relax. 10 minute walk from the beach, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating..Decent breakfast provided as well. Family room was brilliant - gave privacy to people but allowed family to come together.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast was average and could have had more variety. The area around the hotel was a little dirty, which took away from the overall experience.

The staff were amazing – very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the surroundings.

Quite frankly, we initially chose this hotel based on other reviews talking about the exceptional manager, Eh'Eh. We wanted to stay at a place where we felt valued and could rely on the helpfulness of the staff for booking excursions, taxis, and restaurant recommendations. Every reviewer who loves Eh'Eh is exactly right!!! She was AMAZING!! She helped us with taxis, she set up spur of the moment cooking classes for us, and she directed us to her favorite walking distance restaurants. Oh, and, her hotel was top notch. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms stayed nice and cool, the place was spotless, the verandas were comfortable for evening lounging, my kids loved the pool (which is pretty cool to back up to an aquarium), the breakfast was plentiful and varied (my tween loved the cold cereal options and pastries), and Eh'Eh even surprised my newly minted 17yr old (and us) with a birthday cake!! He was thrilled with the attention. He told us it was the best thing of the day. (When someone can add a huge bonus to an older teen boy's vacation that doesn't include technology, I count that as a rockstar move!!) We appreciated a quieter location that was still within short walking distance to the beach and shopping. All in all, a 10/10 and 5 stars hotel all the way.

There is no lift which is tough with a large suitcase but the staff were incredible and helped me carry it up and down.

This place is just perfect. The staff are lovely. The rooms are clean, comfortable, cool and the bed was wonderful. The area is quiet but just a short walk to busier spots. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
