The bed was very hard. There was some mould in our bath room which was quite smelly when we arrived.

The location and the views are fantastic. The facilities are very good. The staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The spa treatments are wonderful. Thank you Annie for all of your wonderful work on my arm.

A little bit crowdy and difficult to get a pool chair/bed around the pool on the seaside. Bed for the third guest was not included in the reservation price even if the reservation was done for 3 people, so we had an extra cost.

Kata Beach is very suitable for families, it is quite calm but close to restaurants, night market, shops. The hotel is nice and has direct access to the beach. The pool is big. There is aquagym proposed every morning. All rooms have balconies with sea view. Breakfast was amazing, very varied. You can take breakfast in the terrasse with sea view. You can stay in the pool after checkout and they keep your luggage until you leave even late in the afternoon.

Missing tiles from the pool side, configuration of the poolside bar, while in the pool the bar looked terrible and the bar staff were difficult to engage with.

Only 1 pool for such a big property didn’t seem enough. Buffet breakfast not great, with the flames under the Bain Marie not lit so food was cold.

Had an amazing 5 night stay. The location is perfect with easy access to beach, restaurants and taxis if you need to explore the island. The room was a good size with beautiful views and staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

At 7-8.30 a.m. every day the stuff of the hotels starts cleaning rooms. They launch down the trolleys with laundry and the stuff and talk loudly down the corridors. The floor in corridors is from tiles: not carpet. So you can hear everything in your room like a train due to bad noise insulation and wake up - can do nothing with it.

Very good location: in the center of Kata infrastructure and just on the beach, with good swimming pools and breakfasts. Very good sea view from balcony. Very nice staff.

Cleanliness of the pool, quality of breakfast. I prefer less variety but good taste and good quality of food and ingredient.

Great location, close to the beach, great staffs, surrounded by restaurants and convenience store. Close to Phuket town, easy to travel by the airport bus, hotel standard service.

The breakfast was quite average but functional. There were many tiny ants in the room although I am not sure what you can really do about it (we had no food in the room, but they were there).

The room was spacious, mattress very comfortable. The pool walk out area was very nice. Lot's of coffee machines at breakfast- good!

Strange used and worn flip flops in the room to use. Very unhygienic idea.

The staff were lovely, however service was a bit slow- even though the hotel was half empty.

I thought the bathroom was a little old and dated.

Staff are excellent. Location was great. Lovely to have a pool and right next to the beach so can swim in the sea and then a few mins later swim in the pool. Buffet breakfast included fresh fruit, yoghurt, cooked breakfast and Asian food. Air con worked amazing. We would definitely recommend and will go back
