The staff were just wonderful, super helpful, communicated well in English which made things easy, the aircond worked well and was quiet. It was good value for money, nice and quiet, slept well, and close to the beach, restaurants and almost everything you would need.

The room was sparkling clean and very spacious. The staff were very friendly. The air con worked great. The location is good, as it's close to the beach, but also far away from the street noise. It is a good value stay.

I spent four nights there. The owner is incredibly friendly, and the room, along with the bathroom, is spacious and tidy.Overall, it's definitely worth the money.It's just a short distance from karon beach.

Not that I didn't like but it would have been a plus if there was a microwave in the room and better shampoo/soap availability. Other than that all good!

Situated 3 mins walk from the beach, this guesthouse is a great location for a more home-y type of stay. A really big fridge (not those mini ones you get at hotels) to store food as well as a great view with the balcony. There's also a little local convenience store right in front to get water and necessities, as well as a local restaurant (Rose & Crown) - best pad thai I've had (travelled to Phuket a few times already). Also, its just 3 mins walk away from 7/11 and other eateries.

The beds and pillows weren't comfortable. The cold water had very low pressure, making it hard to take a cold shower, especially with the hot weather in Phuket. However, the hot water pressure was good. We had to lift our heavy luggage 2 floors up since there was no elevator. (If you have back problems, ask for rooms in the ground floor)

The hotel is an exceptional location, complemented by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Its proximity to essentials and attractions, such as a 7/11, a variety of restaurants, and Karon beach, is remarkably convenient. Considering all these aspects alone, this hotel offers great value for money.

We didn't find shampoo and shower gel in the first day, but it wasn't a problem

For the money we paid, we got a very nice room with a balcony and a beautiful view. The bed was big enough. Everything you need you can find in the room. The hotel personnel was very kind and polite. They handled any issue we had and helped us a lot.

Location - short walk to Karon Beach and also to eateries and mini marts. Also within walking distance of the Kata shopping area. Clean and spacious room - good value for money. Quieter beach compared with Patong and Kata. Good place to chill.

The hotel did not have a hair dryer, so my wet hair had to be dried naturally. This was the only shortcoming.

The aunt at the front desk of the hotel was very friendly and upgraded my twin room for free with a smile and mosquito scent. The room is cleaned tomorrow and it is close to the beach, 5 minutes walk away. It's quiet at night and offers cheap laundry service. I would choose to stay here again next time！

Staff was very kindly and helpful. Location is great - near 3 min walk to Karon beach, that is definitely less crowded than Kata beach. 3 min walk to 7eleven and currency exchange:) Also you could rent a bike near the hotel.
