Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

The accommodation was spotless and beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was a great way to cool off and also a fun change of pace, especially with a child. We also really loved the location. Right next door is a street food market, a 7-Eleven, and the metro station. Plus, you're in Thonburi, a truly charming and local neighborhood of the city, full of great activities like boat tours, temple visits, and amazing food. You're well connected, but there's also so much to experience just within the area itself. What made our stay truly special, though, was Noom. She always had helpful tips and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The breakfast was outstanding, and we felt like we got to know Bangkok a little more deeply through her. Even with a child, we always felt relaxed and happy returning to the accommodation.

Staying at Kasayapi Hotel was one of the highlights of my visit to Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe, welcomed, and completely at ease. The security system to access the property is modern and simple, which gave me great peace of mind. The entrance is absolutely beautiful—lush greenery and fragrant flowers make it feel like a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Check-in was a unique and thoughtful experience. We were invited to the breakfast area and welcomed with a refreshing local drink. The hotel is carefully and tastefully designed, combining modern elegance with a calming atmosphere. There’s a lovely swimming pool, and the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and architecturally inspired by the local surroundings. The ceiling window in the bathroom was such a beautiful touch—letting in natural light and adding to the serene vibe. A special mention must go to our host, Noom, who made the experience truly outstanding. She was incredibly proactive and easy to communicate with, even before we arrived. She sent detailed information about the property, nearby attractions, and how to enter the building. She even came outside to greet us when our taxi arrived and had arranged our airport transfer seamlessly. Breakfast was another highlight—tasty, generous, and full of local flavors. Noom also took the time to explain the inspiration behind the hotel's design, and I really appreciated her personal touch throughout our stay. She also has a unique art collection on display, which is available for purchase—I was lucky to take a few pieces home with me! All in all, Kasayapi Hotel is a stunning property run by a genuinely warm and thoughtful host. I absolutely loved the location, the ambiance, and the hospitality. This will definitely be my first choice the next time I’m in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The location right next to the MRT, food, shops and attractions was perfect. It's just a 10 minute walk to Wat Arun and other old temples are nearby. Khun Noom was an amazing host and ensured everything was to our comfort. She's also very friendly and cares about her guests. The room was large and very clean. The hotel is like a little oasis in the heart of Thonburi and a perfect hideaway from the craziness of Bangkok. Definitely a winner!

A smaller, boutique hotel in a great location. Such a beautiful property in a lovely garden setting. Our room was furnished tastefully, to a high standard with efficient air conditioning. Noom, the owner, with her sister, is very helpful, thoughtful and engaging. She gave lots of information on local sights, transport routes and places to eat. We had a wonderful stay, made good use of the pool and sun terrace too. We would certainly choose to stay here again the next time we visit Bangkok

United StatesCan’t say enough good things about this wonderful small hotel. It’s tucked away in a fun neighborhood with an easy walk to Wat Arun and other points of interest and is truly a pleasure to come back to after a busy day. The rooms are large, comfortable and beautiful, each reflecting a local landmark. Especially liked the downstairs rooms. Delicious breakfasts are served in the fan-cooled pavilion overlooking the garden and feature treats from the best local vendors. There’s a lovely small pool for cooling off and a sun deck too. The owners are sisters and so very kind and hospitable. Noom had great suggestions for places to eat and things to see and made every effort to make sure our family had a great time in Bangkok. The Kasayapi Hotel is a very special place.

AustraliaThat I didn’t stay here earlier in our trip.
This was a lovely hotel to stay in. It was like a little oasis. Noom, the owner, was an exceptional host. She had lots of advice on where to eat and sites to see. She was very friendly and welcoming. Having stayed in the Sukhumvit area earlier on our holiday, this location was much preferred. It was a lot quieter and much better suited to our needs.

I stayed at Kasayapi with my 9yo daughter last week and we had such a wonderful time there. 💫 It truly feels like HOME .. Noom is a great host, kind and caring. She always greeted us in the morning via WhatsApp and send such lovely reminders about our schedule. I asked her to book some day trips for us and she was of a great help.. actually she managed everything from our behalf so it was an absolute relax for me as I didn’t have to think about anything at all. The pool was great, the room was spacious and clean, the staff was polite and helpful. You can smell jasmine everywhere… I can’t wait to return to Bangkok and to our new “home” there… ✨✨✨

Noom was wonderful and gave us lots of recommendations and made us feel very welcome. The location was ideal - walking distance to Wat Arun, and right next to the metro for easy transport around Bangkok. The room was lovely and we enjoyed drinking tea and watching the birds in the garden each morning. The pool was a great way to end the day and cool off - there were a couple of families staying, but we still managed to get some alone time at the pool each day.

CanadaWe loved everything about it!
The rooms at Kasayapi were spacious and well appointed. The entire hotel is incredibly clean. Noom, however, is the main reason for the 10/10 rating for us. She went above and beyond to ensure we could navigate Bangkok and get to the sites we wanted to see. She arranged a canal tour for us, taxi and tuk tuk rides, as well as provided recommendations for places to eat. The hotel is only a few steps away from the MRT, making getting to places easy, while being outside of the main touristy area in a quiet enclave. We absolutely loved staying at the Kasayapi Hotel and would recommend it for anyone wishing to explore Bangkok!

AustraliaThe pool was nice, but a bit too much chlorine.
The hotel's small and run by two sisters. The owner, Noom, gave us heaps of tips. The rooms are large. The location is good in Thonburi, next to a train station (blue line) so easily to get around. There's a great, little food market next door, temples in the area and a big resaraunt strip across the river. The breakfast each morning was delicious.

Giving this hotel a 10 makes me rethink my entire scale. This is a true 10. Noom, her sister, and their small staff work so unbelievably hard to make this hotel incredible, personal, and unique. This hotel is dedicated to their mom, and you can tell they treat it and its guests with that level of importance and pride. This was my wife and I's first trip to Thailand with our 11 m/o daughter and to arrive here as our first stop after a long flight could not have been more perfect. We arrived quite early in the morning and were greeted by Noom, the hotel owner who is such a warm, friendly person and a true professional. We were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast (different each day, by the way and as I write this, a few weeks later, still the best breakfasts that we've had in Thailand) and relax in the dining area. They had been able to prepare our room already for our early arrival, but we honestly wouldn't have minded just hanging out down there for a few hours. Comfortable, peaceful, and great airflow. We said the word "oasis" a lot while staying here. The room we had was beautiful and tasteful. It was so clean and always felt comfortable. You know how sometimes you get a room and it's "nice" but maybe has a tiny bit of a weird smell, theres a bit of paint that could use touching up, or it's a bit too dry or humid, or any of those other little things that we tend to overlook? Well, this place makes you appreciate it when they just nail all of those things. The attention to detail.. how the room smells, how it feels, how it breathes, you can just tell that it has all been considered. The neighborhood is really cool and pretty local, outside of the big city center, but still really well connected and very close to some important sites, like Wat Arun. Has a little night market right next door, too, and Noom is full of great recommendations if you ever need them!
