The balconies are small for two people and could do with comfortable chairs, the food in the restaurant especially breakfast was very poor.

The rooms and beds were nice and comfortable, great to have a balcony with a limited seaview - loved watching storms roll in - many restaurants and shop just a minutes walk away. Pool was lovely, some steps to be negotiated for elderly.

- The rooms are a bit dated. - The food is expensive compared to what you can get nearby. - We weren't too pleased about being charged for linens after our toddler rubbed Nutella on the bedsheets. Shouldn't that have washed off?

Great hotel , karon beach round the corner and on the border between karon and kata , found oudselves using karon beach but going out in kata as its a short walk to kata but 200baht up to karon centre .

The lift doesn't go up the fifth floor (which is where my room was). A bit tiresome after a hot muggy day.

Fantastic location, right across from the beach and a short walk to another beach. Very close to bars, cafes, shops, restaurants. Big comfortable room. Good pool. Good breakfast. Brilliant friendly staff.

Upon arrival check in Ms. Mai at the reception greet us with a no smile face and inform us our request for connecting room is unavailable. When we ask why, she replied RUDELY that hotel is at high season and all room are full. They have upgrade our booking to Deluxe and she mentioned many a times our booking was only for Superior. Another staff Max brought us to view the upgrade Deluxe room which is on the ground floor just next to the cafe and pool. There is a smoky smell inside the room, too. We meet up with Ms. Mai and said we are not comfortable with the room. She again tell us our booking is Superior and the message I received was you pay so little and ask for so much. She then turned her back and walk away turning us to the wind. As it was already late in the afternoon, we agreed eventually but upset with Ms. Mai bad attitude towards guest. I told her with the below word: "Ms. you do not need to raise your voice to tell me off that I paid for a lower rate booking and speak to me like this. I am your guest, too"

Karona is an excellent choice for stay as it is next to Karon beach. You just need to walk down the slope go across the road. There are many shop as well as eateries but you need to walk to the town city center. Breakfast spread is good enough overall. Staff are mainly friendly with a ready greeting when meet up with guests.

Amazing location by the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff are so nice and friendly - buffet was the best start to the day. The hotel has beautiful traditional architecture. Felt very safe.

Bed is wobbly ( when you turn, the whole bed is wobbly) Location is really not interesting ( on the beach you see parachute 🪂 behind boats ( not pittoresk at all). Restaurants and shops not interesting either, I would therefore not recommend hotel ( or Phuket).

But I need to say the food in the hotel is not as good as I expected and it's overpriced for its quality. The breakfast is actually ok, which is included. But the dinner here is not good. My cousin and I ordered two kinds of Thai food, but the food didn't taste good. There are not many drink options as well,

the hotel is actually good, especially the location. 5 min walk from the hotel to the beach. The room is nice with a balcony. We can see the sea from there, which is quite good. The staff is very helpful as well.

Excellent location, with a lovely pool and very short walk to Karon beach. Interconnecting rooms were ideal for us as a family of 4. Very chilled setting with beautiful views from the sea view rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The main drawback for us in terms of comfort was the bed and aircon unit. I like firm beds, but we could feel springs through the mattress cover and when you moved a little, the whole bed moves too. The aircon kept the room very cool, but was pretty loud and it was difficult to adjust the temperature.

Staff are very friendly and professional which made checkin and check out very smooth. They take a 2000bt cash deposit which was returned without issue when we left. The location is perfect, at the south end of Karon beach, it’s an easy walk 10mins to Kata and also the cheap airport shuttle & local bus stop is directly opposite the end of the road literally 1min from the hotel. The room itself has a more traditional feel but is very spacious with ample storage and beautiful sea views if you take a room around the pool area. We were on the 4th floor and overlooking the ocean was a real treat. The room was also incredibly quiet, we heard no noise at all from other guests staying nearby or the road/bars. Everything was impeccably clean and daily housekeeping was offered. The pool area is great, plenty of sun-loungers (although the metal ones are very uncomfortable) and the pool was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was a very fair offer, impressive compared to others I’ve experienced in Asia, and certain items were rotated across the week. The is a fresh egg station, a selection of hot dishes (usually fried rice, noodles, sausages, vegetables, potatoes, baked beans, pancakes), toast, fresh fruit, cereals, salad, juice/tea/coffee.

The location is very nice. The hotel is near to Karon beach and not far from Kata. There a lot of food places around the hotel. The territory of the hotel is very clean and green. Swimming pool is clean and the water is pleasant to swim. The room was cleaned every day. And the options of breakfast are quite wide. Nobody was left hungry:)
