Lovely property with big clean rooms. The pool is amazing and the breakfast was honestly one of the bests we had (and we arrived here after staying at the MBS in Singapore ..). The property itself has some areas of improvement like damp patches etc..just needs a bit of TLC. To highlight also is the staff. They were all beyond brilliant.

We booked a duplex villa with private pool. They are all overlooked due to layout of development, but still very nice. If you want total privacy- the villas are probably the only option.

Got a room overlooking the ocean with bath at the window but it faces the neighbours balcony and road so couldn't open the window to see the views from the bath, need transport to get around

Distance from town a little too far but free shuttle helps. Other guests quite disrespectful of staff and rude (not hotels fault). Would recommend stricter enforcement of behaviour by pool area.

Its a small bit out of phuket town but the view from the hotel is worth it. They also provide free of charge shuttle service so its not really a problem.

Staff were so accommodating and friendly! Really a beautiful hotel! We spent 1 week here and we loved it. I really think it is the staff at this hotel that make it such a lovely place to stay.

Absolutely EVERYTHING! This hotel could not get any better, it was gorgeous and the staff were all AMAZING! Every single staff member was so welcoming and helpful at all times! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone. Thank you for a beautiful stay for our honeymoon.

I think the lift could be a bit cleaner, maintenance work was going on but wasn’t such a big deal. Also once we consume anything from the fridge should have been restocked but overall nothing much to frown upon. Since it said it’s a beach resort I thought there will be a direct access to the beach which wasn’t the case.

The property was AMAZING! The staff was AMAZING! The restaurant food, pool everything was so good. We LOVED our stay at the property. They made my bday special my giving a cake and happy bday banner on the day of our check in. Early Check in and late check out was available which made it very convenient for us. One must visit the spa, we visited twice and it was really good! For breakfast if someone’s a vegetarian they can request the chef/staff to prepare something in veg and they’ll happily assist . I wish we could stay for one more day, we didn’t feel like leaving the property.

As others have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs throughout the resort. Not an issue for me, but maybe for others.

The staff is the best part of this resort. From the manager Kevin at reception to the restaurants, and the pool bar, everyone was so kind and friendly. Special shout out to Lisa, Tuptim, Roong, Kwang, and Ping. The views from the pool and restaurant were very nice and the food was also delicious. Breakfast had many options with some different variations daily.
