Nothing, the place is wonderful with lovely staff and services. I didn't like the visitors (cockroaches and bugs) but that's just me, it is normal to get them as you are in the jungle and it is budget accommodation, so you get what you sign up for.

Great value for money, lovely people that helped us with any issues we had. It is located by the main road, in a lovely quiet village, and the huts are surrounded by nature. There was a fridge, kettle and cups in the huts, as well as towels. Water and toilet roll was provided every day which was a lovely touch. After one week they cleaned my room and changed the bedding and towels which was also very lovely. Take into consideration that there is hardly any transport from Bailan, especially in low season. Roads are hilly with sharp turns so only rent a scooter if you are a confident rider.

We really enjoyed our stay at jungle garden. The bungalow was nicely equipped with a seating area, a fridge and ac. Our room was very clean and they cleaned it throughout our stay when we requested so. The vibe is very nice :)

Nice , clean simple room, also had a nice shower and fridge which was nice as it was so hot. In a good location, staff were really kind and helpful, they also have a nice restaurant on site and rent bikes etc.

We loved the place. The staff really make you feel welcome and they can help you with all your requests. The place is really like the house in the middle of the jungle. You can hear the animals at nights. Bungalows have all you need and are clear. They bring you bottle water and toilet paper every day.

Bai Lan village has not got a lot of swimming beaches, it is more like fisherman´s village. There is just one rocky beach. Besides beaches, also all the nightlife happens in Lonely Beach (1,5km), Kai Bae or White Sandy Beach which are more northern. Anyway, I rented a scooter for 200 THB/day and get anywhere I wanted anytime. Nothing is very far on Koh Chang, and also the taxis are cheap and catchable anytime anywhere, not talking about the great experience of using the Koh Chang taxis. The cottages are equipped with bathrooms which have walls and ceiling but still are more like outdoor bathroom. But clean, roomy, comfortable, private, I did not miss anything, especially for the great price.

Quiet and peaceful location, scooter rental, coffee shop and great restaurant are right in the facility. The Bai Lan village is small and you can find everything there, including shops. Cottages among the trees, you really feel like living in the jungle. After dark, you can hear incredible sounds of jungle, especially the geckos. I also had bats relaxing on the ceiling of my balcony, but they were nice and friendly :-D

There car parking was sufficient but rather limited 3 or 4 vehicles max. The nearby massage facilities were dreadful And local eateries were limited in range.

basic traditional bungalow accommodation. The bed was extremely comfortable. with lots of pillows. Staff went out of their to be helpful. The Thai food I had there was surprisingly good. The gardens were great.

It doesnt matter to me but the bathroom isnt fully closed at rhe top so you have to look around a bit as there could be animals like spiders etc coming into the bathroom. I didnt experience this, but the possibility is there, so just be careful

Mosquito infested after sunset, so almost impossible to stay on the porch after sunset. Also no beaches in the vicinity. The closest is Lonely Beach about 3 km away, but one of the best on the whole island.

Nice and well kept bungalows in a picturesque setting. The is a reasonably priced restaurant on the premises.
