If you’re backpacking through and need a quick stop this is more like indoor camping. Beds were pretty solid/firm. Felt like padding over plywood. AC unit in one room wasn’t working well which made for a hot and sticky night. To be fair, we didn’t say anything or try to get it looked at since it was late and we were ready for bed. (Our second room AC worked great). Towels seemed a little dingy looking so we didn’t use. Incredibly loud at night. Music somewhere near and loud, vulgar tenants walking by all night. The reason this is brought up is that windows are slated to open with screen like is common in tropical places, so you hear everything outside. Earplugs or sound machine would help drown that noise out I’m sure.

Quick walk from town so close to main hub (might be tough with suitcases since it’s uphill). Bathroom was clean.

A fridge and a kettle would go a long way, also our toilet wasn’t flushing but they fixed this right away. The room was very expensive compared to other places we’ve stayed and not as nice generally. If you’re looking for somewhere basic to stay, not too close to the noise but close enough to the centre then this place is great, just wasn’t great value for money. Also there are a few stairs to climb so if you’ve got heavy bags or you’re not used to a bit of exercise maybe opt for somewhere else. Also the gym was 100bht/ time which i thought was crazy considering the price we paid to stay there.

The location was good if you’re not planning on being up until 2am every night, no noise from the beach like other properties. And the staff were really nice and helpful, and we liked the shared balcony. Also the aircon was good, very refreshing after walking around phi phi in the day which can get very hot.

We were right above the gym which they opened shutter doors to early in a morning which wakes you up, then people use the gym and you can here them talking and banging weights about so your up very early

Mattress on bed very hard and firm. Because of large pins outside room lots of flies / mosquitoes around, got bitten a fair few times.

The property is on a mountain. You have to climb up the stairs to get there. It was fine for me but something to keep in mind if you’re not fit and in the Thailand heat. A 500bht or passport deposit is required- which would have been nice to know about before. the staff is mostly high.

The property is quite cheap. Not bad for money. Nice view. Helpful enough staff.there is water on property to buy which is convenient. It’s in nature which is nice. Respectful quiet neighbours. Spacious room. I would stay here again.

It’s quite hilly to get up there but is nice accommodation. If you stay there the gym is free, but the equipment is very old and rusty.

The view from the property there was a very big hole but didn’t effect our stay.

No ac so super hot. really far away from the Pier. A hard Training for every activity Like eating or touring. Google Maps send you wrong way. Dont Go to the View Point. Arriving felt Like hell

It is not far from the city center, but still a little bit off. One needs to climb a number of stairs/ hills in order to get to the hotel, which is extremely exhausting in that kind of heat. Also, it is not possible to leave the ac on when leaving the room since the key is stuck to the card used to turn on the electricities. It is really hot when you get back, which is not very nice after all those stairs. But all in all, it is not very expensive and worth its price.

The room was spacious and clean, with a working ac. Simple check in/ out and nice staff.
