We were out alot. Mostly just slept and showered.

Easy to walk everywhere, quiet to sleep.. Our room balcony opened on to the pool which was lovely.

It wasn't dirty by any means, but the floors could have done with a sweep from sand.

Good hotel in terms of value, location and quality. It wasn't dirty by any means, but the floors could have done with a sweep from sand. There are two pool options - small but definitely nice to have. Our room was a great large size, with dressing table, wardrobe, TV and stand, and good size balcony. A big plus was the security box in the room - something we haven't had in many places. It was greatly appreciated. The lady on reception was pleasant and let us store our bags after we checked out. There are lots of friendly cats hanging out around the halls and hotel - we enjoyed it but maybe not everyone would.

You could hear some noise from the parties on the island at night however nothing my ear plugs didn’t sort out. Our UK adapter only fit into one plug (3 pins vs 2) so we had to unplug the tv if we wanted to charge anything.

Location is good, less than a 5 min walk to the ferry port. Rooms were authentic and they had a couple of resident cats which was lovely.

We had two rooms the room on the same level as hte swimming pool had a damp smell. The area aroudn the pool needs some work to make you want to spendtime there.

Only got 1 pillow, asked for another and we got them quickly. Not many sun loungers. Water pressure not amazing but enough to wash your hair.

Great location only a 5 minute straight walk from the pier and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice small pool but very close to the beach to use the sea. Large sized rooms and a decent size balcony.

Very centrally located but also quiet. Close enough to the parties on the beach but we didn’t get disturbed by noise. Big clean rooms. Friendly staff.

All was good.

A great place to stay. The room was clean and had a patio door leading to a rooftop balcony. A/c was great and bed was clean and comfy. It is located in amongst the little lanes of Phi Phi and while you can hear some of the night time activity, it is more distant than most places would be as JJ Residence is towards the end of a quieter lane. We slept well. The pool was brilliantly clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately, it was extremely unpleasant the sewer smell coming from the bathroom! We have bought a air freshener that I would provide to each room. Our room was extremely dark even with curtains open and full light on! We had to use our phone torches to check in the luggage’s. The safe was not working! WiFi as well not working. It was allowing us to connect but was not loading anything. Hopefully we both had about package! The bedroom was smelling mould!

Very central and able to reach everywhere in the island. We had a room with air condition that had direct access to the swimming pool! We did enjoy it!

There is no breakfast provided and they do not accept card payment. This is where my confusion happened as the payment never went through and I was asked to pay at the hotel. Hotel should clearly mention this on the app.

The rooms are just fantastic and spacious like a 3 star hotel. They have a clean swimming pool which is spacious. The balcony faces the swimming pool. Though it is right in the busy area. It quietly tucked away to provide peace and privacy. All the restaurants are nearby, so even if they don't provide breakfast, you have many options outside.

This island has problems with sewage systems and its drains which is understandable with how busy it is all year round it can’t keep up and you can smell it quite often all around Koh phi phi so I wasn’t surprised when we smelt it in our bathroom however it got to a point it was unbearable at times in our bathroom but it cannot be helped

I liked the pool and convenient access to it. I liked the location, close to the beach and in the centre for shopping and food.
