I messaged the owner for 3 hours in regards to my transfer from the pier, which they advertise as part of their service when you stay here, but I was ignored so I had to pay someone to assist me. The workers just laughed when I complained about this. The shower pressure is non existent and it’s very noisy here at night.

The Bungalow was spacious with a large and comfortable bed. Restaurants and convenience stores were easy to get to from this location.

The sea had large rocks in places which was ok just watch out for them.We found the staff quite rude, not very friendly, but a couple that were nice. You need to be able to ride a bike to get around or you will end up paying lots of money getting tuk tuk or car to the local 711 or further into the little village, I had a very unpleasant experience with a taxi driver outside the hotel who basically made me pay 3 times more than I should of and he was not a nice man but a regular taxi outside the hotel, he came back to the hotel later on and gave me some money back which I presume he was forced to do. In the restaurant/bar, always check your bill as they will always add items you did not even have and pretend they didn't realise, although this happened pretty much every night for 10 nights. I wouldn't recommend it longer than 2 or 3 days. It is quite expensive but convenient. there are a lot of other bars and restaurants around. My 13 year old daughter was looked at by bar staff, making her feel extremely uncomfortable. I do advise a good mosquito spray and room spray as we did get a couple of nasty bugs

Was close to a nice beach, a restaurant on the beach which served fresh barbecued fish. The pool was good. The bungalows were also good with all you need.

It was a little bit of a walk to get there and there was road construction the whole time - often late into the night. My friend cut his toe while walking to the bungalow on the unfinished pathway.

I liked the pool. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean. They have a mini mart at the entrance.

The room was very bright at night and the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. The room is huge but because of that the aircon doesn't ever really get to a nice temperature. Water pressure for the shower was basically non existent

The WiFi was really good. It will say it's not connected, but it is. We had to have our phones in airplane mode though otherwise it used our data. Free water every morning is a nice touch. The pool is nice.

Stairs to room were quite hard work.

Loved the monkeys in the hotel trees and a cheeky one nipped into our room when we had the door open. HUGE shower....and I mean HUGE ( half a room!) Pool lovely and refreshing and had it to myself.

The view and the care of the staff. Room big and comfy. They offered free transfer from the pier. You go walking because in PhiPhi everyone is walking but the staff took our luggage’s from the pier to the hotel.

The Wi-Fi is weak and disconnects constantly. The newer rooms in which we stayed were lovely but a lot noisier than the older rooms. Also the pool area needs some renovations & the water needs to be tested. we all got very sick after swimming there and ended up in hospital a few days.

The stairs could be a challenge for anyone who isn't in good health as they are steep. The decor is very dated if thats something you car about, we didn't.

The pool was good. The location was quiet though just a 10min walk to the harbour or 5 mins to bars and restaurants. Bed was firm but still comfy. Plenty of space in the room, aircon was good and relatively quiet. Wi-fi did the job. More than happy for our 2 nights on the island.
