I booked a room with direct pool access which was great. The rooms are big and spacious. The bathroom had a jacuzzi as well. The room was clean and the location is very quiet and nice. The people are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious too. The TV had Netflix. I really liked the stay and the direct pool access.

This hotel is in a great location and the nearby beach is very nice. The staff are great, the hotel is clean, the service is great, and the pool is very nice. I did not have any breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak to that.

We took their big villa of 120m2 and yes..it was that big. huge bedrooms, amazing beds, 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen (almost no crockery though, but not any problem for us). Nice relaxing swimmingpool and only 15min away from nightlife.

I knew this property as a friend stayed there before and I liked the large room sizes with the hardwood flooring and the oversized baths. It is located a 5-minute walk to Chongmon beach with all its restaurants and upscale resorts. It has recently changed owner, who was very friendly and seems to want to upgrade this hotel.

Lovely room and balcony, very clean and great bathroom, could not fault the staff yes they are doing some renovations but it did not spoil our stay in the least would highly recommend.

Strange design! One room had a sliding window door to the living area and just had transparent net curtains. There is a kitchen but no sink. Various little things that weren’t quite right eg light switches at opposite ends of the rooms from the doors into the rooms. Shared swimming pool did not look inviting. I understand that the property has new owners and that many of these minor points will be sorted out! And good value accommodation for this area.

We were in the family suite. Good value. About 10/15 minute walk to a very nice beach with bars and restaurants. Manager very helpful - let us check out a little late. Spacious property. Three double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom

Beautiful view from our balcony. Spacious room. Very very clean and modern feel. Jacuzzi bath also a massive treat! Is in a great area of Koh Samui in the north. Down a quiet road away from any noise.

Hot tub did leak which was disappointing however i was able to easily clean it. The jacuzzi button also didnt work. The reception closes at 5pm which can be a little tricky if you have questions for them (i couldnt report my hot tub leak) It is a really nice hotel despite these though

Lovely huge room and bathroom with a balcony view overlooking the pool. My bathroom had a hot tub in it too which while good, did leak. The location is close to a beach and resturants. Although i didnt see staff much, they were friendly when i did speak to them.

It is an old hotel, so some things like lighting in the bathroom around the mirror was out of order - a bit dark. Same problem with lighting in the bedroom. the lights above the headboard were broken. an old reclining reading lamp on the desk that is impossible to adjust because it is too old.

excellent value for money. spacious and airy rooms, a giant bathroom. A pleasant hot shower with powerful water stream. a big balcony with a comfy couch as well as a hot electric stove and a dishwashing sink in case if you feel like cooking

Pool was freezing, but just to be clear we were there in January so during the summer months I'm sure it's quite refreshing. The shower and sink drain in the bathroom both had trouble backing up and the toilet had issues as well. But SO FAR (we checked out 4 days ago) we have had ZERO response from the property after trying to reach out about our $1000baht room key deposit. We left at 8am for our flight and no one was at reception yet. We had to put the key under the door but no answer on how to get the deposit.

The pool access from the room was great, however the water was freezing. The size of the room is great, nice size refrigerator, and plenty of wardrobe space for luggage. Wifi is decent. Warm shower was very nice.
