This is the 2nd time I stayed at this property, mainly because of a great location and excellent value for money. This room did not have a chair, and that could be useful.

They don't serve breakfast, but that's fine since there are several great coffee houses nearby. It's a quiet location in the back of a larger street. The aircon worked well; the curtain in the window provided good coverage from the morning sun and the room was spacious. The bathroom was excellent and there was both the fridge and a kettle in the room. The wifi worked very well too. There are many excellent restaurants within 10 min walking distance.

It wasn't the hotel/location as listed. As of Dec 2022, Jade Tower is closed. You are booking with Jade Tower Downtown which is located at 189/9 Changklan Road.

10-15 minute walk to the market, various bars and clubs. 7-11 a minute away. Friendly staff. Clean and comfy. Sockets by the bed.

The apartments are in a good location close to the night markets and walking distance to the main centre if you don’t mind a 45ish min walk. Lovely walk along the canal to get to the centre

Just a stain on wall in bedroom,maybe could be painted over.But didn't bother us really.

Having stayed next door at the astra condo for a few nights,we checked out to stay our last 2 nights at the Jade tower which was far cheaper and bigger room with large beds.Bathroom clean,great hot shower.Nice kitchen area with table and chairs.We were 3 people with 2 beds.Friendly lady on reception who let us leave bags when we arrived early.

The check in process was long and slow. The room was not clean. We booked for the two beds and the couch bed was not made and they wanted an extra 300 bhat for a blanket for the second bed. (the room is advertised as two beds so not providing blankets for both of them is ridiculous). The location was far from everything. I also found a tick on my body after staying there.

The hotel desperately needs to be renovated and cleaned up, the rooms can benefit from some device that will help them smell better.

This place needs much improvement and has amazing potential I hope by the next time I'm there things will be much better in terms of cleanliness. I must compliment the wonderful girl who checked me in and made every effort to ensure that my stay was pleasant.

The front opens only 9:00-18:00 although it was written on Booking.com that the front was open 24 hours. When the front is closed, there is only a maid or a guard who cannot speak English. When I called the phone number written on the window of the front office, a woman (probably the owner) answered, but for the second time, nobody answered. I had to check out before the opening hours of the front, so I gave back the room key to the maid. If a guest is not luckey enough, he/she might not be able to find the maid and cannot check out smoothly, because the front didn't care and didn't ask about my check-out time when I checked in. Also, there were no slippers in the room.

The room was good enough for price. It was located in a quiet place.

Amazing location, close to a busy street but not as noisy as in the old town. Only 1 minutes by walk to 7-elevent and 5 minutes to night bazaar. There are many restaurants, bars and massages around the hotel. My room is big and clean, quiet with no street noise. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is a coin-operated laundry machine in hotel which is quite convenient for us.
