I love the room layout with a balcony and the bed feels like being at home. I also like how the staff is there when you need anything, but respects privacy otherwise.

Not the hotels fault at all, but the road it's situated on is very traffic heavy and it took us double the time to get anywhere by car because of this. Make sure to factor this in if youre getting a taxi anywhere!

Everything! The hotel was fabulous. The staff were so helpful, they even printed our visa documents for our next stop for us. The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The gym was good for a hotel gym. The included breakfast had a great selection - even for us as vegans. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Hotel for discovering Bangkok - very friendly staff, great facilities - the rooftop pool is fantastic - , good food and well appointed rooms. The „wireless“ theme is reflected throughout the house and the rooms have a individual touch. Very good value for money.

the No Disturb button has only a small indicator, we might have left it on, hence when we are back in the hotel our room is not serviced. But the staffs were very fast when we called them for the cleaning.

The staffs are absolutely the jewels of this hotel, they are very friendly & accommodating! During check in we were offered special rate breakfast, and it turned out to be really amazing too. The design of the hotel is unique and cool! Had so much pleasure stays in this hotel.

Nothing major, but the hot water in the shower was weak, so we had to adjust to the cold water. We reported it the next day, but nothing has changed. it’s still the same. We also had an issue with their partner massage center (Myth). They didn’t understand our needs. They just kept saying yes, even though they didn’t actually understand. It was a waste of time, especially since we didn’t have many options, given that most of the massage centers were already closed by that time.

The bed was so comfortable and the room is super spacious.

Good Morning, We had a great time except that the bed on one side was broken. We told reception and the mattress was flipped and a mattress topper was placed on top. Excellent location in peaceful Embassy area with walking distance to BTS transport and shopping centers. Staff from front desk to service were very accommodating and helpful. Great quality restaurant and bar on roof top with infinity pool overlooking the city of Bangkok. Breakfast spread was plentiful with a variety of both Western & Asian options.

Amazing, friendly staff Quick check in, and was able to be accommodated early Lobby area and building access ways are beautifully presented , loved the decor and lighting The room was very quiet and incredibly comfortable , loved the electric blinds and THE BED - the most comfortable bed of my life! The room service was prompt and delicious (fastest room service I have ever received) Great location, great everything! Thanks a lot :)

Fab location on Wireless Road nearby major malls for shopping & restaurants. Our fab room on the 17th floor overlooked the US ambassador’s residence courtyard & offered a stunning view of the Bangkok skyline. The rooftop infinity pool was super relaxed & the bar in the evening offered a spectacular skyline view as well. Great selection at the breakfast buffet & the staff were super friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend!

Everything - the room was comfortable for me and my teenage sons, the breakfast was excellent, the pool was lovely to be at, the gym had good facilities. The only think I would say is yoga blocks would help as people use yoga blocks for many things these days and it would also help smaller guests sitting on the benches but that is really a small detail. They had Swiss Balls and long straps! The rooftop bar was really nice to relax in and the mezzanine restaurant had very yummy food. Above all though, it was the team that made the stay really special - they were attentive to every detail, warm and spot on to our every wish. Definitely a place to come to and come back to!
