SpainOnly soap and shampoo were provided for the first 3 days. We were there for 7 days. The last few days, they didn't change the sheets. The food and restaurants are overpriced, and when you pay, the bill is even higher because they add a 5% tax and whatever else. We had a minor mishap with the hotel receptionist upon checkout. We were made to pay for a bottle of water, which we didn't drink from the in-room minibar. The lady insisted, then entered the room and told us they were different bottles. Initially, it was like that, different bottles, to avoid any problems. We decided to pay, and they also kept the bottles of water. 😂 Very bad, and she didn't provide a receipt for the water payment.
The pool was very hot. My room had a balcony, clean towels every day, and a very clean and beautiful ocean front.

United KingdomWe had 2 rooms on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The aircon was not working in 1 room on the first night, so we had to move to another room. The standard rooms are very small & quite dark, even with the lights on. Everything felt damp & the rooms had a bad musty smell unfortunately. We only had hot water on the first night, the water was freezing after that. The price we paid was very reasonable, so we didn't complain too much!
The location on Chewang Noi beach was beautiful - the sand & water were lovely & great for kids. The hotel grounds were very pretty & well maintained. Breakfast was very good, especially the fresh egg station!

United KingdomPeople putting towels on chairs first thing in the morning and then going off, sometimes for the day. Watch your room bill, they charged us minibar for items not used, not just our room either, happened to others too.
We learned to truly appreciate the location and quietness of this hotel. Close enough to town, mid point between Lamai and Chewang. The beach is quiet, not fussed, not crowded and allows you to relax. Yes there are sellers walking up and down, but not like the other beaches that are jam-packed. It's high end on a budget so to speak. Jump on a taxi outside and your anywhere you want to be within ten minutes so to speak. The entrance is on a bend, so if you want Chewang you need to cross over, and for Lamai, just walk to the left of the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style and ample.

United KingdomHot water in the shower constantly disappeared, poor lighting in the bathroom so it was difficult to shave/do make u0, ants in the room, bed sheets should be changed every other day according to their information but was not changed for a week. They did not always give new towels despite old ones were put in the laundry basket. We did not get new/clean glasses so had to wash them ourselves. Bathroom and fridge not cleaned when we got the room.

IndiaThings that need improvement: - The restaurant & food: While there are some thai & continental options available, the menu is fairly limited. The same holds true for the breakfast buffet as well. The food is also just passable. As there’s not a lot of options nearby, guests do rely on the restaurant at the resort. - Security Deposit: We were asked to deposit 3000THB (or $100 or 100€) upon check-in, which felt really weird. We have never been asked anything like this before, and depositing 3000THB does put a dent in your budget. - Beachside cleanliness: While they have a great beachfront, it needs to be cleaned more often than it is. There’s a lot of seaweed that washes up, along with the occasional trash, and the resort really needs to clear it. Another suggestion is to put trash cans on the beach so that guests dont leave garbage lying around.
Impiana does a lot of things right, but also fumbles at a few. The room was great & the staff were helpful in servicing the room everyday. The pool is great and is maintained very well, as is the gym. The best part however is the location and the beachfront. The spectacularly coloured water is always inviting, and Impiana has secured a great patch of the beach. The reception were very cooperative and helped us in getting a scooter for rent, and a cab to the airport for a very less price.

Thailand1.Language barrier with the staff 2. The breakfast got boring after a few days 3. Although there are some shops at a walking distance but there is no sidewalk to walk which makes it quite dangerous.
We shifted from regular room to deluxe which were a much better size than the regular beachfront rooms. The deluxe room was on second floor and much more private. The beach was really nice and clean. It had soft sand and good for beginner swimmers like me.

SerbiaThailand is a prominent tourist destination, and the system they use in every hotel we visit doesn’t make sense and is unfair. If your arrival is early in the morning, be ready to wait up to 2 PM at least for your room, which has been booked in advance. Miraculously, as soon as you agree to pay for an early check-in, the room will be ready for you!! This makes no sense and is not fair.
The staff, people, facility, beach and location were all good.

MalaysiaCheckout was worst, there was no one at the counter at 5am even though I informed already about my checkout and was told there is 24 by 7 service. After great difficulty I managed to get security to find someone to help with checkout and Mr Natty was not helpful since he refused the breakfast box which was promised to me. Lot of mosquitoes in room, so my kid has lot of red spots now.
Beach and view was good. Ms Nong was very helpful and other staffs were good as well. Shuttle service was also good. Great celebration by the restaurant staff for my kids birthday. Thanks!

United KingdomThe hotel is situated on a main road with no pavements so not a pleasant 20 minute walk into town. However you can walk along the beach to the far end and go through the reception of another hotel. (although there are signs saying not to) We discreetly did this every day and were never questioned.
We had a luxury double room with sea view and thought it was better than the bungalows - which are at right angles to the beach. Our room [118]was on the ground floor, had a private patio area with seating looking straight at the beach, across a grassy lawn. The resort has a lovely swimming pool, friendly beach bar with free pool table and was a lovely place to chill out. We ate there every night. Lots of sun beds on the beach.
