The pool closes at 7:00pm which is a bit too early for my liking and one of the buildings doesn't have the restroom inside the bedroom so you have to walk down a hall.

It has a tropical vibe to the whole place and there are free Thai classes during certain hours. I liked the pool which was spacious and had lots of seating to lounge by it. The staff are very nice and prompt to meet any reasonable request and accommodation. The rooms have good air conditioning.

The hotel experienced flood last year and it is visible but the Staff does everything to make the space cozy and clean.

We had a great time there. Big plus for the swimming pool and tasty breakfast. Nice garden.

Lots of Mosquitoes in downstairs shower area but not huge issue as was able to use the upstairs ones.

We loved our room upstairs, and showers in the upstairs were very clean and modern, great value. Lovely grounds, nice modern and comfortable rooms. Lovely clean pool. Breakfast included for our room. Situated close to city centre (20 mins walk into centre or 5 mins by moped).

WiFi stopped working a lot, had to get it fixed three times and still wasn’t working by the time we left Bathrooms need a deep clean Beds were really hard

The breakfast was basic and the same both days. Scrambled egg or omelette would have been good. No option for non dairy milk. It was about a 25 - 30 min walk into the old town but grab bike is cheap. The walls were thin you could hear the conversation in the next room.

The pool, the towels, tea and coffee and kettle, comfy bed and helpful staff.

The shared bathroom was also a mixed bathroom (both: mix of toilets and showers and mix of men and women, for me thats a crucial lack of privacy) and didn’t look like on the picture. The gym was apparently broke, which is fine but I think should have been indicated as soon as it broke (it’s the 3rd or 4th time I book a stay for a feature x and then get there and the feature x doesn’t exist or is out of order. In this case I even compromised on my own bathroom (huge compromise for me) for having a gym and then I didn’t have the gym, that was a bit of a downer.) Breakfast was alright but little suitable for vegetarians who don’t eat eggs.

Best Ginger-Pineapple Juice in the world!!! The room was clean, the pool was great. Laundry was easy and accessible. Lots of nice guests.

For the amount of people who use the common showers and toilets it could use cleaning more often.

Banging doors people talking loudly😳in the corridor😳a few signs to remind people to close their door quietly maybe there’s got stuck but it seemed to go on all night 😳😳

The pool was a highlight. Also the calmness of the resort area. Rooms were definitely okay and also breakfast was good.

The floors are creaky and you can hear everyone walking around. Thin walls, otherwise we enjoyed our stay

We liked the huge pool and the free breakfast we got with our stay. The caravan coffee shop parked in front makes great coffee aswell.

Its little bit date and not in the central. I did ask to buy toothpaste at the restaurant but staff refused when they still open and chat to each other. You should more helpful and flexible special special at that time all shop around closed.

The man at reception in the night time is very helpful. The garden is nice smell and big swimming pool eventhough we didn’t use it.

I really wish hotels put bedside lamps in the rooms; They’re not expensive and some people still read books before bed.

The swimming pool is amazing. I only swam once because the water was too cold for me. I think they top it up with cold water every morning. But I enjoyed looking at it while sitting outside. The buffet breakfast was okay; not worth writing home about, but in a beautiful setting.

The walls of the room were thin so sound travelled easily. Could have used a storage facility in my room :)

The swimming pool was excellent and quiet. The gardens and planting was beautiful and well maintained.

very nice location, nice and friendly staff, they clean on time, if you have no problem with shared bathrooms and showers, you will get great value for money, the pool is very nice and gets cleaned daily, their are great restaurants next to the resort, sushi place, thai food, caffe and more,

The noise of others. The walls are so thin and the noise travels in this building
