There was minimial stroage and closet space in the room. The sunloungers were uncomfartable, they need much thicker cusions.

The staff, the pools, the beach restaurant with the bean bags and hammocks, the water scooters. The breakfast was good qaulity. Big shout out to Jenine, Bank and Mo.

Location was slightly isolated as needed to take a taxi everywhere, but each journey wasnt long so not really an issue.

Amazing staff, pools and food...the bedrooms were also fantastic with a wonderful bath and shower.

Smoking areas were very less and the beach is not good at all, it’s not at all like what you see in the pictures. It’s rocks and almost no sand near the water

Everything was amazing, it was magical The management was very helpful, breakfast was good, pool was good. To avoid the long walks when you’re tired there are golf carts to take you to your room.

We stayed for 15 nights in the Presidential Villa, which was likely one of the best options for villa type of property stay in Samui with a family. It offers a split bed-and-living room. Both are huge and in extreme good condition. The view and the pool are simply "WOW. And so, the outdoor bath and shower. With all amenities that you can ask for and a private butler. With whom the communication was flawless btw. All staff is up and top professional and even the management very accessible. The Hyatt resort is amazing, it's kept utterly clean, offers a lot facilities plus activities and amazing views from every angle. Where the kids club (incl activities) and kids pool were adored by the kids. The food is great, especially the Indian food I must admit. You can decide to have breakfast at 3x different places, with the beach breakfast mostly not being very busy. And the lounge is a nice add, even though we did not visit it a lot. We loved hanging around the beach and drink fresh coconuts, where there was enough to discover for the young kids and to just relax even when the sea is not "that" accessible. You can still swim into the sea via the little water bridge the water is clear and no jellyfish etc. Transport is very well organized, we never had to wait long for a buggy but walking over the resort is very doable and Chaweng/Central at a 10 mins drive. We'd come back again.... ps: they have the best fireshow in Samui. It's the extended version, we've never seen anywhere else!

Nothing to be reported. Maybe the bed setup if you travel with two little kids. I booked for our family with 2 kids and we had only one extra bed, when requested another one , there was extra charges.

Everything was excellent, all the staff went out of their way to make the stay a memorable one. The hotel is centrally located few minutes from major attraction. Food was excelent and the beach-front breakfast experience is amazing.

The breakfast was very average in comparison to other Hyatt Hotels. Not much of a choice. The staff took ages to bring items to the table and when asked to peel a mango we got a sour face like it was a big ask.

The property was stunning from the moment we arrived. The pool and rooms were beautifully designed. And the gardens were lovely.

Spacious bedroom. Great facilities. Gym is not big but new and clean. Breakfast is fabulous with variety of choices and delicious, a plus is they serve fresh coconut in the breakfast. Beach is quite as a private beach.

Driving car from main road at night time into hotel turn is to dark and almost invisible.

They were too strict on the check in. Rooms allotted at 2.30 pm. Had to wait long with family. Sometimes they can consider giving room at 2 pm also.

Excellent resort . Just in the outskirts or u can say 5 to 10 mins taxi drive.
