Over my four-night stay, housekeeping was never offered, and this wasn’t explained at check-in. I would have expected at least some basic cleaning, especially since this is a serviced guesthouse and not a hostel dorm. Several laundromats are within walking distance. With the drying rack already on the patio, I thought a shared washing machine could be a great addition. During a couple of days of heavy rain, when flooding outside caused the toilet to back up. For one day, I had to use a bathroom on the second floor instead.

The bedroom was comfortable, with a double bed dressed in clean white sheets and a pink runner. The mattress had just the right balance — not too hard, not too soft — and I slept well throughout my stay. Power sockets were placed on both sides of the bed, which is always a thoughtful detail. A small desk and chair doubled as a workspace, and while compact, it did the job. Storage came in the form of an open closet with shelves and plenty of hangers, plus a full-length mirror. One highlight of this room is the private outdoor patio. Sliding glass doors let in plenty of light, and outside there’s a little table and chairs surrounded by greenery. The view is simply of neighboring houses, but the space is private and tranquil. In Chiang Mai’s cooler months, it would be a lovely spot for morning coffee. Do watch out for mosquitoes and humidity during the rest of the year though. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a vessel sink, a framed mirror, and a recessed walk-in shower. Even without a shower curtain, water didn’t splash outside the shower area, which I appreciated. Hot water worked well.

A quiet and peaceful abode away from traffic and noise and yet within easy reach to the night markets and shopping for daily needs. Absolutely clean and comfortable. Excellent hospitality by the host with free flow of water and biscuits.

We had a late night flight but we were allowed to keep our luggage the whole day, they also let me take a shower before leaving, we previously also left our luggage for two days for which they didn't charge us.

Can be noisy when upstair people walking around with heavy steps

The hostel charges 50 baht for a towel, which isn’t a lot, but most other hostels I’ve stayed at provide towels for free. Just something to keep in mind :)

Awesome hostel for the price! The place has a cool modern vibe with a touch of Asian style. Lots of chill communal spaces, which were perfect for hanging out or just relaxing after the day out. The lockers are outside the rooms, so no annoying noise when people are moving around. The area is great too, super easy to get around the old city. Totally recommend it!

A spacious and friendly hostel. Given a warm welcome and tour of the facilities. The place is extremely clean, the rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked how they don't have bags in the room (there's large locker storage just outside the dorms to securely keep your bag and belongings in) which means that, unlike other hostels, you aren't woken in the morning as room mates have to go outside the dorm to get ready/get things out of their bags/pack their bags.

The only hostel that feels really like home You really feel the energy if the place from the entrance door . Super Extra Clean. Rooms and beds very confortable. Great common areas with all what you need . It is an owned family hostel tagt speaks fluently english and help you in anything and everything . Ideal also to work from there during the day it is so peaceful and the garden is so relaxing. My number 1 choice in Chiang Mai and my top 3 best hostels in Thailand

The owner and his son are super helpful. You feel very comfortable and safe being there and they did a great job with the place design. The balcony upstairs is also really serene. If you are a looking for a comfy affordable stay at a well organized and run hostel this is the place to be.
