Pestering by reataurant staff.

Nice clean and friendly staff. Well situated but in walking distance to most items of interest. Including beach, Bangla Road, bars and a loads of restaurants to most tastes. Plenty of small markets and 711's. Would recommend to anyone. Great stay and great staff and of course Patong. 👍

Smell: One of the rooms came with an unpleasant smell that was annoying. Air condition: When the AC was on for more than 22 Celsius, the floor was getting wet from the humidity in the air, in no time. In one of the rooms, the AC was dripping water on the floor Breakfast: The breakfast was not divers enough. Some insects could be found on the food. It felt like the room was too hot and the butter ws running.

Location: near the shore, not too close to the noisy center of the night hassle. Stuff: The stuff where extremely nice and attentive. They heard our problems and did all they could to help - not always a solution could be provided

It was my second time staying at Patong Holiday Inn. And my experience was as good as it gets. Very good location walking distance to the beach and close to center of Patong. Good breakfast varieties, but still it can be improved.

. The building are old . The doors are closed properly . You can hear the sound from next rooms . The lighting in the rooms need to be fixed . I don’t recommend that you have breakfast in the hotel

My stay at the hotel was generally good, but I would like to share a few points for future guests. The humidity level in the room was extremely high, probably due to the local climate. If we turned off the air conditioning even for a short time, the room and the floor would become very damp. On one occasion, I also found a cockroach inside the room — which I believe may be related to the surrounding vegetation. What disappointed me the most was the breakfast. I found it quite limited, with many options that were too local and not suitable for international guests. There were lots of savory dishes like rice and hot foods, which are not commonly eaten for breakfast in many countries. I understand cultural differences, but I think a few more international options would improve the experience.

It will be good if there’s a closed connection from each block and to the lobby. When it rains, very unconvenient.

We were in Building 4. This.must be the worst rooms as it was difficult to sleep at night because of the loud music playing till early hours in the morning.

I was expecting that room will be bigger, shower gel is finished on second day and nobody refilled it, brand of shower gel and shampoo was not personalized, it was commercial brand,which is weird a bit to me. Room was cleaned every day but not really neat. If this things will be fixed (attention to details) then it would be perfect.

Location is perfect!Near to main street and beach, but in more quiet area,surrounded by small shops,exchanges and even massage salon. Restaurant is clean,with good variety of food,even so options are different every day. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

Actually, I could have given the hotel 9 point, but we deducted an extra point for two reasons: 1. There was a strong smell of dampness in the room, which definitely needs to be solved. 2. Most of the breakfast consisted of Indian dishes. Luckily, there was a guy making omelets, so we didn’t leave hungry. Many thanks to him :)

Location is really good, center of the Patong. Staff is very friendly and try to help to us always. There is self-service laundry and this is also really good.
