When I booked this hostel, I had many questions, and they were all answered promptly. Before my stay, they introduced me to a wonderful cooking class. They even arranged for a car to take me from the airport to the hostel, and sent me a personalized photo message saying they would be waiting for me at the airport before I arrived. They were incredibly kind even before my stay. Not only did he offer me a welcome drink upon arrival, but he also provided me with his WhatsApp account and was always available to answer any questions I might have. As a solo female traveler, he was truly reassuring. On my last day, he allowed me to check out at 1:00 PM, instead of the usual 11:00 AM, free of charge. I was extremely tired, so I really appreciated the late check-out. He even arranged for a taxi to the airport. I've traveled to over 50 countries, but I've never experienced such attentive service before. It was truly amazing service. Thank you so much.

I enjoyed a lot my stay here. Scott and Ernest are really friendly and helpful! It's two steps away from the beach but in a quite street. Laundry service for free, cleaning service every day and nice burgers next door. I will definetely come back!

Affordable Price Location very for and professional Staff Excellent Value & Wonderful Service Near Patong Beach I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially considering its affordable price. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Patong Beach—which made everything very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Scott, who went above and beyond to assist and support me. While I can’t remember every name, the entire team truly did their best to make my experience enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the washroom could benefit from some minor improvements. This is not a luxury hotel, but it definitely offers great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent service.

Absolutely nothing, we loved it :)

I liked everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was amazing, everything you needed. Fantastic location. When we arrived at Big Boy's, whilst checking in, they gave us amazing cold drink. Walking in the heat, it was the most refreshing drink we have ever had :) Highly recommend staying there.

There was no elevator but the stairs are easy, the staff carry your bags for you and attend instantly if you have a need or a request. The food was amazing. I couldn’t get past the burgers- you really do have to try them . They are delicious. Will b bringing my teenage boys with me next year 🙈 Thank you staff. See you again.

Super friendly staff. Scott makes you feel very welcome and is there to help in any way possible. They even have a free laundry service.
