Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. ThailandOverall experience was good but much more renovation work needs to be done. The Lobby, breakfast restaurant and hotel bar has not started yet. EV charging parking spots are often occupied by High-So non EV cars. This needs to change!
Renovations are still going on and much still has to be started and yet to be completed but they are on a good way. The new revamped rooms are beautiful. If I understood correctly all floors down from 7 are going to be renovated over the next month. So you should consider staying on higher floors. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast had all we needed. The huge pool area for adults and kids was good fun. The food and drinks options at the pool bar was plenty and delicious. There was no noticeable noise from renovations work.

United StatesThe first room I booked with king size bed, a view and balcony. The view was of a building’s roof… it was terrible, however the staff quickly changed me to another room that had a view of the pool and slight view of the ocean. It didn’t have a balcony which was greatly disappointing and two beds which they offered to change to a king but pushing them together. We just left it. The room itself was very dark and not inviting or cozy. The bathroom had a barrier at the bottom entryway that we had to step over which made me very nervous that I would trip or hit my foot. It was so dark that I couldn’t see if the room was clean or not.🥴. They are renovating rooms so I may try and stay again in one of the newer rooms.
The location was great and staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to try and accommodate us and answer our questions. The pool area was really nice and the restaurants were good. We loved sitting on the veranda watching the rain and listening to music. We were saddened that the foam party was cancelled due to the storm.
